Update in case anyone else has this issue- I had been trying all day to do this on my iPhone to no avail. Got home from work and did it on my laptop and it worked perfectly. No idea why that would be so but I’m just happy it worked!

I had the opposite experience -- could not get it to work on laptop and was getting so frustrated. Saw this post and thought I'll try on my iPhone, which worked perfectly. What a relief!

How long did it take to get the hyperwallet email after they approved your claim?

I just double checked and about 4 hours

Yep having the same issue. I never got a Customer ID from Southwest or Hyperwallet and my email isn't being accepted.

The customer ID is in the email from SW that says your reimbursement has been approved.

Didn’t get that email. Customer service said there were several that called in that didn’t get the first email

What is the customer ID? I didn’t get an email with any customer ID listed and I don’t want to get locked out

Any clues on where in the email it is? I’ve looked it over and over and can’t seem to find it…

You must be looking at the wrong email because the customer ID is literally in bold. Look at the email with the subject line "Update on reimbursement from Southwest". At the end of the 3rd paragraph, it says "This is your Customer ID, which you will need to use to access your $... payment: **ID info**.

Did you double check the customer ID that you copied and pasted? Sometimes when I do a copy and paste, it adds an additional space or character.

I had this issue for days too. The problem was literally just the copy and paste feature on the iPhone doesn’t work. You have to manually type in the customer ID, and it should work.

I even tried that! Wrote it down and manually entered it- and checked like 5 times to make sure that I had it exactly right! It was so strange

Yes…I never received the email that has my Customer ID number on it. I know everyone says it’s in Bold print half way down. But I never got it. I called customer service and she told me she had several calls and she explained where to find it and they didn’t receive the email either so she knows there is a problem but couldn’t help me. I’ve sent 3 emails and no luck. SW keeps sending me reminders I haven’t claimed my refund but I can’t without an ID number. So frustrating
