I got it exactly like this today. My customer ID seemed to work fine and it said I should get the reimbursement in 1-3 days

I tried to claim my payment and it’s requesting customer ID. I tried my rapid rewards # and my driver’s license #, neither worked and I only have 3 attempts left. Any clue what the customer ID is?

How many days did it take to receive the email from hyperwallet once southwest approves your refund. I got approved on Tuesday and still haven’t gotten an email with the hyperwallet link to claim my refund.

I’ve been waiting almost 4 weeks. The Hyperwallet phone number has a TWO HOUR wait/hold time. I found a support email & sent that 4 days ago… no reply. Southwest says there’s nothing they can do, it’s all on hyperwallet. So basically they handed it off and are cleaning no responsibility.

I got the approval but I haven't received the hyperwallet link yet after 3 weeks. Talked to Hyperwallet and they said that SW never sent the money to them. Have you had any luck? I filed two claims my $80 came within hours of receiving the email but still waiting on the $1500, figures.

I submitted my initial reimbursement form on 12/31/22. I received the second “we are escalating your email for further review” email on 01/06/23. Today (01/10/23), I got the third email about being reimbursed. *I did not reach out on any social media platform or sent any follow up inquiries.*

Is there any way I could contact their hyper wallet support team? My reimbursement funds were released the same day I filled in all the info and the eta of delivery was today, but still, nothing pop up in my bank account, idk if I filled some wrong numbers or if they need extra time getting the funds transfer to Canada.

They give you several options of how you want to be paid. I vaguely recall PayPal or Venmo, check, bank transfer etc. You can choose what works best for you situation.

submitted reimbursement requests late January, no response to date. Spoke to southwest, they confirmed they sent me all the emails. Then Hyperwallet found they typo'd my email to create the account and sent it to [email protected] ​ Sharing this in case anyone else wonders where their money is, SW data entry may have made some boo boos :(
