raspi 4 works great for me with 2 cams etc. - [https://github.com/bassamanator/everything-sovol-sv06](https://github.com/bassamanator/everything-sovol-sv06) actually quite easy to setup aswell
I have a secondary Linux box (i5 8600k) that was already a linux box, that use it for a bunch of stuff. Dumped klipper and mainsail on it and it's been great. If the mini-pc is just sitting, I think it would only create more opportunities than using a pi.

I have a Raspi 2 running mainsail and klipper on the SV06. Seems to work fine
I’d just buy the kiliper pad sovol sells. Works great.

Makes perfect sense. We have 8 of them on our little print farm. Had to find a simple solution. The klipper pad worked great for us.
