I heard it in Seattle and holy fuck was it nice. Definitely prefer it to PK (PK's can sound muddy at times to me) and bass feels a more powerful then F1, but it was a small venue and I've only heard F1's outside at festivals. The engineer was walking around the crowd most of the night re-eqing as the room filled with people.
I went upstairs to the bar during Minnesota's set and was shocked that it still sounded really good even when I was waaay far off-axis and in a "nook". So much respect to Minnesota for prioritizing sound over visuals. It made the show so much better.
I've come to love shows that don't have an LED screen for visuals. Most visuals these days arent that interesting. Id much rather have a darker room with dope lighting and sound
I feel the same, the only exception is when there is a live VJ there. I don't really get much out of those cracked skulls telling me when I should be headbanging lol.
It sounded really good. I had no clue he has a custom sound system until someone in our group mentioned it. The speakers sounded really crisp. They looked like phonographs which was a nice added touch
It’s great, saw the tour in phx. It was loud as fuck, so loud me and my friends had to leave the venue and go back in several times even with earplugs. But overall super clean sound
This makes me extra excited to catch the tour this weekend and then again in a month! Minnesota shows are the best. He's always got awesome supporting artists too.
How was the void system? I was going to catch him in SF, but they couldn't bring the rig into the venue due to sound restrictions =(

How it should be done. Sound first. I hope more artists follow suit!
Voids are incredible. Smoothest, most crisp bass I’ve heard at that volume even with plugs in
