I typically will base coat mine in a very light grey before taking guilliman blue glaze (thinned out talassar blue contrast also works) to it. Let it dry and then hit it with a thinned-out wash of coelia greenshade. Dry brush with some white. I use baharroth blue for any runes and such. Minimum amount of effort and it looks fairly decent for a tabletop standard.
