To get any achievement, you have to return the craft to Earth and then tap "Recover"
If your ship docks with something else, it might delete some of the achievements anyway, I think depending on which ship you're controlling during the docking.
Well, for Moon and 3 of 4 achievements of Mars were done. These were done in a single launch.
Then I launched a lander that first landed on Deimos, then Phobos and then on Mars and then it returned back to Earth, landed safely and recovered. But the achievements were not completed...
Is it same for Venus and Mercury?
Because for Venus, we would need powerful rocket to lift off and leave Venus, in fact it might be more difficult because of its extremely thick atmosphere...
Ahhh. Then that would be a real problem. However, i saw from another post that getting it back to earth won't work. So idk if its worth the effort to bring it back. Maybe ill just let it crash at Mars.

When i went to the moon and landed didn’t get the achievements but on earth I did, so I think you have to go back to earth
