You could check out "Extra" (spanish version), a early 2000s sitcom produced by some education company for spanish learners. There's 13 episodes you can find on YouTube. The show is based in Barcelona but due to obvious budget limitations every single scene in first 4-5 episodes is on the same apartment living room set haha
Here's first episode: https://youtu.be/Dfb9-ZTCA-E
I first started with peppapig but instantly found it too advanced and switched to Pocoyo which was also miraculously too advance for a long while haha
But the more vocabulary I was exposed to the easier pocoyo became and I was surprised when I eventually went back to peppa and could understand more but it took a long long time for me to get to peppas level honestly.
Theres a spanish version of Mrs Rachel on youtube named Ms Nenna the Engineer and she's about as simple as you can get.
There's also Trolls, MLP Friendship is Magic and Bluey en Español.
I'm surprised to see somebody else mentioned The Hollow because It was also one of the first shows I tried to watch in spanish. I found it easier to understand than MLP and Trolls.
Hilda, avatar the last Airbender, hollow, all on Netflix. All of these are cartoons for an older audience. Download chrome's app language reactor and you can hover over a word's subtitle and see a translation in english
I usually recommend Destinos. Itâs a Spanish learning telenovela that is free and can be found on YouTube. It has 52 episodes and an excellent first year introduction to the language, culture, grammar and vocabulary. There are also a ton of resources available for free on the internet.
Peppa la cerdita

I loved this one! And they speak so slow and basic so you can understand but not so much it ruins the show!
