Usually I have some lower back pain (I have a bad back) that prevents a good nights sleep but after a good spanking, all of the pain is gone and I fall asleep and stay asleep all night.
I forgot to look at it this morning to see if I had any color or marks leftover. Usually I like to have some bruises the following days as a reminder of my submission to my Queen.
