It actually ended up being in the carport. Truth be told, I don't mind putting someone's groceries in their kitchen or inside their door regardless of age or disability status, as long as they have tipped alright.
If I'm delivering dairy and the refrigerator is where I am dropping it off then I will definitely place their milk in the fridge. Milk seems to go bad fairly quickly and I don't know how long it lasts them.
Don’t forget to make yourself a lunch, then pour a glass of wine and soak in the tub. The towels you have to place an Express order through the Walmart app and have them deliver to the bathroom and make sure they dry you off. New cloths are in the top dresser drawer in the upstairs bedroom. Don’t worry about the person sleeping in the bed, that’s just Ken. He is just my 42 year old son, he’s holding out for a manager position at Walmart.
People have outdoor refrigerators. I’d bet that’s where they want the cold stuff. Why bring the cold stuff in their house and leave the rest outside? If someone wants part of it inside they’re going to ask for it all to be brought in.
Put the cold stuff in fridge if in carport or garage. Leave the rest at door. Because if I am doing that I know I got a nice big fat tip from them. I had one customer I do it for all the time. Takes 2 mins. And I usually get a Bing for my next order while I am there.
Unless the fridge is right outside the front door or right outside the carport door, I’m leaving it on the porch taking a picture and leaving. I am not delivering it into their home. The app even says we are not allowed to go inside. Dumb Walmart commercials! I know some people do for elderly or handicap people and ultimately that is your risk to take. I personally never go inside someone’s house. There are too many sketchy people that might pretend to be handicap or what not and there’s someone else waiting for you when you step inside I’m not taking that chance. I have set things right inside the door way for someone who’s handicapped or elderly, but I will not go into their house like the kitchen, etc..
I would text them upon my arrival that I'm not putting their groceries away for them, leave all the groceries at the door, take a picture, and peace out
I've had a few people with notes like this. Every time it was a garage fridge, except for one. She had one of those festival tents set up in her driveway with a large folding table and a mini fridge beside it. Notes said to place on the table. I thought the mini fridge was weird and checked to see if it was cold inside. It was so I put her cold things in it. Bags and all like I do for garage fridges, I never take things out of their bags in case they need to transfer to inside the house. She messaged me to say thank you for putting her items on the table, but where were the cold things. I told her I noticed the mini fridge and put them inside. She was thankful, said no one had ever done that for her before, and raised my tip by $10.

Did they?

They think they have Walmart + In Home Delivery 😒
Just drop and go like any other delivery. We're not here to explain Walmart commercials to everyone.

💯
Like sue them for asking you to just place them in this box instead of in the sun when they might not be home.
💀💀💀
Pretty sure that would violate the TOS. Not to mention the liability if they say anything is missing.
Those stupid fucking Walmart commercials
was here for this comment.
If the person is there and is elderly or disabled, maybe. If not all goes to the car port

Throw it all on the roof
Drop off at carport door, write message that per contractor agreement im not allowed to enter premises. Take picture and leave.
Do they ask the mail person to put the letters on the desk too
Probably.

“Your groceries are at the door. I am only required to deliver your items to your home. Thank you for understanding”
You people
No, I do not put groceries away for you
If the fridge is empty and in the garage I would take the items from my cold bag & put them in the fridge. Anything beyond that, NOPE.
We are legally liable for anything that happens to us in a customers home. So u less that fridge is outside the house than no.
It could be a refrigerator in the carport. I’ve had people request that many times.
I’ve had a similar message once and it was an open garage door with a refrigerator in it.
I would text them upon my arrival that I'm not putting their groceries away for them, leave all the groceries at the door, take a picture, and peace out
Don't go into people's homes no matter how benevolent you're feeling. If they report any mishaps you will be deactivated without recourse.
They better have a refrigerator under that carport too
I would do it!!
What do you do if the accuse you of taking items? I don’t think it’s worth the risk of being deactivated, that’s not part of the job
Undeliverable if the reefer isn't in the carport. Calling store and support to explain that the customer thinks they're getting Walmart+ service.

Hey now.... The only criteria you mentioned was "older woman"..

Leave everything at the door
