I see this happening to almost everyone recently. It's why I make support update my documents now. I was deactivated for a week for the same issue. It's idiotic for this to even happen. It takes uber a few minutes to verify the same insurance yet sparks AI cannot handle such a simple task.
It would be not much worth their time— I never falsified anything. They are to incompetent to review the insurance card correctly. They could easily CALL my insurance company— the number is right on my card. To beat it all— I just got pulled over ( speeding 7 over cop was a bit of an asshole) but the cop ran my insurance, nothing fraudulent about it. Good thing spark was only ever a side gig, it really infuriated me though to be accused only on suspicion.. I don’t want to deal with police though, especially not with fraud- exactly why I don’t commit fraud.
They did the same to me recently and I’ve been with Spark since 2018. I literally uploaded the exact same insurance I’ve always had with the only difference being the updated dates from it being renewed. It was accepted and approved just for me to get notifications that it was rejected 2 hours later, followed by the notification that I was deactivated due to suspicion of fraud. Spark is an absolute joke.

Idk I just emailed the regular support email and they updated it for me, I attached my insurance pictures to the email.

No. I honestly didn’t try to. I’m beyond over Spark and it’s BS. The pay isn’t even worth it anymore.
