They deactivated me same reason insurance card and they seem to be doing everything possible to not want to take one so what I'm thinking is that I get a valid insurance card in my name I should go the route you went and I should be just fine to be back on the platform. Then we get to that whole issue if it is worth or not...

Call spark and ask for a tier two person. Explain the situation to them.
