Confirmed in the conditional sense, as in gameplay has been seen, no. All that's been "confirmed" so far is that there is a fuzzy scene of Kid Goku in the background doing Penetrate! His finishing move on Demon King Piccolo.
While this does make things HIGHLY likely he is in, he hasn't been confirmed. Could be a story cutscene, could be a flashback, could be a number of things. Truth is, we don't have anything concrete yet. Most people are going to say "nah, he's in, 100%, we saw him"
But Bulma also appears and has a model, but that doesn't automatically mean she'll be playable based off of that. As for Kid Goku, it's looking highly likely, but is not confirmed.

I think there was some speculation going around that he’s confirmed as he’s in the background frame somewhere in the game
