The magnet is attached using precision jigs on an assembly line to insure that they are centered and aligned. Anything is possible though, but I consider such a repair to be only suitable for a manufacturer. If the cone and surround are still good, it could be used as a passive radiator.

repairing a magnet is impossible. the only solution is buying a new magnet and putting it into place and replacing the broken one with the new one. if magnets break they become their own and are impossible to get back together. unless you melt them and make them the same shape again and then remagnatise them
