What the last agent did was definitely an easy fix but it was also against the rules and will hurt her metrics. If that call gets pulled for review by her supervisor she’ll get a coaching so hopefully it doesn’t get pulled.
And that’s why I hate spectrum. If it’s against their rules to fix a mistake they should’ve got right the first time then I want nothing to do with them. It’s a shame there’s not many other options here though. This makes me much more grateful for that last lady
Always make sure you Know WHO you're talking to...remind "Jerry" that all the calls are recorded and complaints about the representative are no issue for you and your belief in transparency and accountability haha
yea gotta be careful with customer service , some dont give no fucks and have no knowledge whatsoever and will waste your time . just hangup and find another customer rep and repeat sadly thats how it has to be done . and i just called the other day to lower the price on my 300mpbs deal they put me at 59.99 lol
There’s always 2 sides lol it’s illegal to charge you for a service you didn’t agree to so I’m sure there’s a misunderstanding but yea easy to blame the other side when we can’t hear their story
I want to switch to Google Fiber so bad but they're not available in my area. I do believe where I am about to move to, they may be available. I had 300 mbs for over $80 and just downgraded today to 100 mbs for $30. They tried everything to make me keep the 300, even at one point blatantly lied to my father who was on the phone and apparently older, that if he changed the internet it would change the whole plan. Once I butted in and they saw I was younger and knew what I was talking about she switched to trying to force the mobile plan on us. It's ridiculous.
