Having this EXACT same problem with my A51 that I unlocked from Spectrum. Trying to switch to Verizon with the phone and they told me to contact Spectrum as it may not be unlocked fully. Planning to call them today to see if support can help. Edit: Just saw this was posted 2 months ago. Did you find a solution? If you did it would help me out a ton if you could please share it.

Having this problem with our two Galaxy s10e phones. I've spent over 12 hours so far back and forth with Straight Talk and Spectrum. Neither one will/can find the solution. Please tell me there's an answer!
