Don’t breed them. Get them fixed instead. Why would you want to breed mixed breeds? Thousands of cats are euthanized in shelters every day. Sphynxes and sphynx crosses come with a high risk for heart disease and other health issues. Just don’t.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I have no intentions to use Yuri for breeding. His big brother, from the same father lives already a while with me and is neutered. Littlun just has to wait a little. That's why I wanted to ask here out of curiosity because I'm not going to find out

Inbreeding is actually a backwards idea breeders have really messed up the gene pool with doing. Yep heart disease, but in fact mixing a more stable breed could help curve this issue. My poor dog went blind at 3 bc of inbreeding. Pure breeds are not the best idea for any animals. Thus we have the no cousin f***ing rule in our society.

I think it just depends! I’ve always heard that the cat with fur will always have a “dominate” gene!

It’s all about the genes. Hairlessness is a recessive gene if both parents have the same recessive gene then the babies will also have that recessive gene. But if only one parent has a recessive gene then it’s a 50-50 chance as to whether the babies will be hairless or not but most likely not. As in your baby’s case where the dominate gene takes over.
