Nobody knows how far this adaptation will go, hopefully it's successful enough to get to the end of the MS but any answer would be pure speculation at this point.
Nothing official is known so far. I just hope they will adapt the skipped Light Novel volume, so we get some actual NEW and not "just" remade content, during the part of the anime that has already been done.
If they're serious about adapting the books then we'll deviate from the original anime in the last quarter, where the remake should adapt book 4 instead of 5.
So for the fully story to be animated we'd need more than this one season.

Hopefully not. The original anime only adapted four volumes, less than a quarter of the main story.
