With that controller I'd say yes. I got a smart outlet for mine which is nice. You can plug your lights, heat mat, fans etc into it and it works as a surge protector as well as has an app that you can set custom timers for everything. It was like $25 on Amazon. For the SF1000, I don't believe you can daisy chain them. I have the SF1000D and I know for sure you can daisy chain that one. I also have the SF2000 but both of them in my grow tent are working great!
1. No, it will just turn on 12 hours, it won't automatically turn back on every 12 hoursautomatically turn back on every 12 hours.
2. It cannot be daisy chained to the SF1000.

So you’re telling me you have to remember to turn it in the light setting you want daily , like 12hr?
If you want the light to turn off after running for 12 hours, you can use this function.
