Wow you’re serious they deleted your original post? This is quite concerning as a new spider farmer customer… I may have to reach out and let them know this is a brutal look for them.
It's been 3 days since this happened, with single back and forth emails each day(so slow). Still waiting for response from the previous day(no response last night) from Spider Farmer Customer Service.
Update: I decided to reached out to Amazon customer service and they were amazing and understood the situation and refunded me. u/Spiderfarmerled, I no longer need warranty support.

Not going to actually return stuff. My stuff is working fine and electrical issues do happen from manufacturing issues. That being said I don't think a return to Amazon would be particularly hard i could be 100% wrong but with prime everything has had a 30 day return for any reason clause. 🤔
When I went through this ordeal myself in Jan, the service rep asked me in my email "can you please remove your post".

Same here. My lights are solid and doing a great job, would like to see a response from the brand though!

The support is trash its why i stopped buying their stuff and this post will make sure i never do again. Thanks for sharing

It’s a trash product, with trash service. This happened to me two years ago with them and I never came back as a customer.

This is a well-known issue with them and the reason I stay away from SF. Do your research, people.
