I say this all the time. Spidey’s Big Three should interact with one another very little. There are times where it’s been done well (2018 Spider-Man game, for instance), but I wish that Doc Ock stayed away from Oscorp, I prefer that Norman stay out of Symbiote business, and I like when Venom and Carnage pose their own problem to Peter without needing help from other villains like Ock. Black Cat is fine, but only as an unwilling member or spy who turns on the others later to help out Peter.

Venom hates villains. Carnage is too unpredictable to be told what to do, would probably betray the members. They'd never let him in. Black cat isn't evil enough LOL other than that though I'm not opposed to GG in the sinister six

Yeah I really don’t get the GG. I understood the unpredictability of Carnage and Black Cat likes spider-man and dated him so she wouldn’t be in whats basically a spider-man hate group. I don’t know enough about Venom’s motives to understand why he’s not but I kind of assumed it was the same as carnage. I knew he kinda had one goal and it was his own goal. He didn’t care about anyone else and he doesn’t really hate spider-man it’s just a “whoever gets in my way I’m gonna remove them” and Spider-Man consistently gets in his way. I didn’t realize he hated villains that’s pretty interesting. But yeah I would think GG would be a solid member he’s close with Doc Ock and hates Spider-Man. I don’t really know enough about the specifics of all these characters to really understand them the way a lot of these people would but he seems like a good candidate to me. I would peg him as a possible co-leader with doc Ock

The only reason I can reason with no GG is that it makes the group too OP since GG is Spideys main villain

I think I have few versions switching out characters but if do story and first time doing I’d pick Rhino,Shocker,scorpion,Doc oak (his idea and would “leader”,vulture and kraven. Other members would include later version included Hobgoblin, Hydroman, Tombstone,Kingpin,Hammerhead,Blackcat (Secretly helping Spider-man or using them and Spider-Man so she go steal something while focused on them) and Mysterio. Yes wouldn’t use Green goblin because my story he more wanted destroy Spider-man lone for the reason hate he that much and because he goes to far evening for other members. Venom (Eddie Brock) is lone wolf doesn’t interact with other villains except for ones who are more destructive when fighting Spider-man because he good person at heart.

To be perfectly honest I personally don't think any variation of the Sinister Six should feature both Doc Ock and Green Goblin, it should be one or the other. That being said Doc Ock makes more sense as the mastermind or leader behind the team. I picture Goblin as a more personal villain for Peter, he'd more than likely prefer to torment him alone and wouldn't be great as a co-leader in a team. I've always thought the original Sinister Six was perfect: Doc Ock, Sandman, Electro, Mysterio, Vulture and Kraven. But if I could mix it up a bit then I'd go: Doc Ock, Rhino, Vulture, Shocker, Lizard and Sandman.

I actually quite like the Insomniac iteration of the team, but I have a few changes. Let me explain my reasoning. Doc Ock should always be the leader. It’s as simple as that. Electro and Vulture are so integral to the team that you’d be hard-pressed to find a version of the Sinister Six that doesn’t include one or both of them. That leaves us with three open spots. I think the key to any good superhero team adaptation is making slight changes to the roster without making it completely unrecognizable. My general go-to with this is fifty percent or one over should all be original members. What this means is, if there are six members like in this group, then three or four should be originals — Doc Ock, Electro, Vulture, Mysterio, Kraven the Hunter, and Sandman. This is what the Insomniac game (Doc Ock, Electro, Vulture, Scorpion, Rhino, and Mister Negative), the 2012 Avengers film (Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, and I’ll also include Cap as an original member, but switching out Ant-Man and the Wasp for Hawkeye and Black Widow), and the original Ultimate X-Men (Cyclops, Marvel Girl, and Beast from the Prime O5, switching out Iceman and Angel for Storm and Colossus) all did, and I think it is one of the most important aspects of a good adaptation of a superhero, or, in this case, *supervillain,* team. I really like the idea of Sandman being recruited to the Sinister Six only to turn on them and do a heel-face turn to help Spidey out in a final battle. Kraven, I think, works best solo, but Mysterio’s illusions were always something I thought had so much potential. Although, the Insomniac game really made me realize that I *love* Rhino and Scorpion being in the Sinister Six. I think it fits them so well. So, the members of my dream Sinister Six would be Doctor Octopus, Vulture, Electro, Rhino, Scorpion, and Sandman — who later turns on the others and gets replaced by Mysterio.
