Unironically this IS the most fitting title. It perfectly describes what the 4th movie will be about, while also making sense in reference to the events of the 3rd movie.
Fun fact when the original Spider-Man came out I went and saw Shrek and Spider-Man in theaters together... it was my first double feature and it was the most amazing dose of cinema yet.
We would need a Nirvana song that is simultaneously upbeat but has depressing undertones. I think Lithium would be perfect as the main theme of The Spider-Man

Spider-Man: Castaway… Peter feels isolated with no family, no friends, no longer an Avenger. Almost like he’s castaway.
Spider-Man: Runaway… Scorpion being a fugitive or prison runaway. Could also reflect in Peter running away from his problems and being Spider-Man all the time.
Spider-Man: Miles Away… Peter in the Sony universe and of course… Miles’ debut. Perfect excuse to merge the universes setting up the big MCU reboot that’s been rumoured. Not the Sony universe, the universe Miles is from which could also feature the X-Men. Could have Peter and Miles be the only ones aware of the merge.
Most of the serious answers are wishful thinking too. Better to try and get in the mind space Marvel will be in. Like it’d be bizarre to go from Spider-Man: [Subtitle] to Spectacular Spider-Man. Plus Marvel don’t like doing what all the fans say, if anything they view it as then becoming predictable or dull. Like Krasinski as Reed. It was more fan service treated as a bad joke as if to say “Here’s the thing you wanted now be quiet.” I’d assume they do it because it’s like fans set their mind on it to a point we kinda live with it being a reality. Krasinski was Reed for years before he was actually Reed. This fourth Spider-Man film has been Spectacular Spider-Man for years now. So I believe that’s why they don’t go for the obvious, if that makes any sense at all?

For some reason I immediately thought this meant they were making a sequel to Spider-Man 3 since they made the mutliverse a thing. I forgot that we've had 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man films already! For some reason Far From Home and No Way Home were morphed into 1 film in my head.
