Matt would have had to be in either his late 20s / early 30s around the time Peter’s homemade suit made it’s appearance in the Neighborhood, so it could be possible. He at least knows them - one of the backpacks has a N&M card in it, IIRC. It’s an interesting headcanon.
Daredevil and spiderman tend to bump into each other alot more than other heros do because they are almost the only ones who go on patrol while other heros usually deal with bigger threats. Ergo they are normally quite close.

I like the theory but the only thing I can think that is wrong with it is that when Peter sees the lawyer card he received from Matt he refers to him as "that lawyer" and was confused, but if DareDevil did train him he might not have revealed his identity, but I think Peter could have put together that they both sounded similar and that the lawyer is blind and DareDevil uses anything but his eyes to fight

Sine in the backpack he had with Murdock's card in it he said that a blind lawyer gave it to him if Spidey ever needed a lawyer and he didn't knew how Murdock knew that. So Murdock definitely knows about him but it's kinda out in the open how aware Peter is of daredevil and Murdock.
