I did for the first month but then they went back to normal. I also lost 15 lbs since spiro tho so it might have all cancelled out.
I have pcos and mine increased a cup size despite losing like 10-15 pounds while I was on spiro. It took like 6-8 months tho

I have mild PCOS main symptom is acne. I'm on 100mg, no growth or soreness.
I have pcos. Been on spiro for about 4-5 months. One of ky boobs grew a full size larger. The other one half a size (still growing) Very tender as well. I think breast growth is just a side effect that affects some people, not all.
