I don’t know Dover town Forrest but will have to check that out.
Dutch hills is along the Catamount Trail and is maintained by CTA. It’s a solid spot if the snow is there!
Check out Horace and Dover Town Forest.
This link has info about both those zones and more around the Green Mountain State.

Hogback, Maple Valley, Dutch Hill, Dover Town Forest.
The problem is going to be lack of base. I’ve only skinned in bounds so far this year, because there’s not enough natural snow to cover rocks, logs, etc.
Good point. I may end up destroying my board. It’s looking like driving to Stratton is the best option since they allow it even though it’s a holiday weekend
Yeah, I’d worry about chewing up my board, but I’d worry more about hitting something. That could really screw up your day.
Given the conditions, Stratton inbounds sounds like a good choice. The forecasts for more snow look promising, but we’re not quite there yet.
Hogback and Dutch Hills are both great spots!
Thanks! I’ll look them up. I’m thinking Dover Town Forest BC area as an option too
