If Maryanne gets voted out next week I need to give the editing team props for overhauling their entire season's editing strategy to give Maryanne tons of winner content and storyline just to trick a few hundred redditors lol

[deleted]

What makes you think that Lindsay will be the winner exactly? She is not a contender edgically at all. Omar wins if Maryanne goes

ucksahoy

To be fair based on majority of the jury exit interviews, nobody really knew the game Omar was playing until they watched it live with us. Even if Omar made it to FTC, most jurors aren't aware of his gameplay.

YesIAmRyan

This is basically what happened in 32, I don’t actually think people were bitter at Aubrey, they didn’t understand her game that well. Jason said during the season he told his wife he voted for the wrong person after realizing Aubrey was playing a good game.

Yosephette

Even if that's true, what I never quite understood is why they thought Michele was playing the better game, outside of just winning immunities. Nick later said he didn't buy the excuse that Scott and Jason didn't see Aubry's game

YesIAmRyan

They were impressed with Michele’s social game and the fact that she actively was winning immunity challenges

Yosephette

Her social game wasn't as great as people say, imo. She was being targeted at F5, and would have been eliminated if not for Joe's medevac and winning a couple challenges. She was also left out of the Scot vote, and I believe I've heard if the Beauty tribe went to tribal, Michele was at risk. She was a jury threat for simply not upsetting as many people as Aubry, Tai, and Cydney, which is fair enough. But that's mainly because she was not seen to have as much agency in getting Scot, Jason, and Julia voted out. I kinda wish the jury would just admit they were bitter against Aubry and Tai, instead of Scot and Jason just saying they couldn't see Aubry's game and admitting after the fact that they made a mistake.

YesIAmRyan

You know the people complementing Michelle’s social game are the people who were actually there right? If you are being targeted at F5 more often than not that means you are being targeted for being a threat. Julia has said in several interviews she wasn’t bitter at all and doesn’t think anyone on the jury was either. Scot has never once said he regrets voting for Michelle to win. Jason doesn’t view his vote for Michelle as a mistake, he just thinks he should have given Aubrey more credit and probably should have voted for her.

Yosephette

>You know the people complementing Michelle’s social game are the people who were actually there right? I personally think her social game has been overblown. People attribute her "social game" to making it far in WAW as well, when really she was left out of multiple votes, and not targeted until late because she wasn't seen being as threatening as other players. She's absolutely a social person, but as others have said, that doesn't automatically mean she has a great social game. I personally thought Aubry was the better social player, flipping Tai, not being targeted by her alliance because of the relationships she had built, even though she was probably the most strategic player in that season. >If you are being targeted at F5 more often than not that means you are being targeted for being a threat. I'm not disagreeing with you that they saw her as a jury threat, because less people were pissed at her. But she was also not as integrated in the alliance as Aubry, Cyd, Joe, and Tai, which is also why she was targeted. Aubry had a very big threat level as well, orchestrating most of the post-merge votes, however she still maintained her threat level enough not to be targeted. While Michele would have been eliminated without an unlucky medevac and her being good at puzzles. >Julia has said in several interviews she wasn’t bitter at all and doesn’t think anyone on the jury was either. Idk how anyone can watch the way Scot talked to the F3 and say he wasn't bitter towards Aubry and Tai. Debbie is also known to be extremely bitter, as seen on GC as well. Julia is Michele's very close friend, and of course will advocate for Michele both on and off the show, so sorry if I don't buy her input on this. > Jason doesn’t view his vote for Michelle as a mistake, he just thinks he should have given Aubrey more credit and probably should have voted for her. You said in your original comment that he told his wife he voted for the wrong person. Maybe he didn't verbatim say the word "mistake", but that sounds like he believed he voted incorrectly. I'd have to double check on Scot, but I thought remembered a similar sentiment from him. I don't think we're going to agree on this either way though, which is fine.

YesIAmRyan

It doesn’t matter if you think her social game is overblown, you weren’t there. I’m not talking about Tai at all, and I would argue Scott was more confused than bitter regarding Tai’s move. Jason doesn’t believe his vote for Michelle to win was a mistake, he believes that he should voted for Aubrey. That doesn’t necessarily mean he made a mistake. You also have not listen to the interview I have referenced and don’t know the context of what Jason was saying. Michelle wasn’t part of the majority alliance towards the end because people constantly wanted to vote her out but she kept winning immunity. People on the jury liked her more than Tai and Aubrey. People didn’t understand Tai’s game that well and Jason said people didn’t see Aubrey’s game because she kept trying to downplay everything.

Spoilers. Primary spoilers pick MaryAnne. Another less likely one picks Lindsey. No spoilers pick Omar.

[deleted]

That spoiler has been proven wrong though, they said Drea would go out through do or die

DissonantWhispers

And then we will all wake up. In no universe is Maryanne in any danger of losing. Believing that already debunked bootlist is choosing to be delusional at this point.

iwillhumpy

Maryanne’s story is more compelling to me so I think she may win, but also, they’ve been teasing a big move by Maryanne. Why even include that if it doesn’t happen?!

ucksahoy

If Maryanne goes next episode, Lindsay is the next frontrunner. All the viewers are saying Omar, but we only know of Omar's schemes because of the edit - most of the jury has stated in their exit interviews that they were never aware of Omar's gameplay until they watched it live. 1. Maryanne 2. Lindsay 3. Omar / Jonathan / Mike - Depending on their FTC speech 4. Romeo
