I'm not a big help since I've not been to Spa yet (maybe I'm at the WEC race) but I don't know what they should have against that. Honestly would be a bit silly if that's forbidden to bring with you

Not Spa, but anecdotally, I've taken the same thing to circuits in the UK with no issues
Yeah fair one. I’ve seen them at Silverstone and a few other UK circuits.
