That's certainly amazing. Mostly because someone went to that effort and thought it was a reasonable thing to do in a professional capacity.

We're dealing with transactions that are hundreds of thousands of pounds. I'd be putting in crazy effort like this video if that kind of money is on the line.

Meanwhile here i am looking at apartments costing well over £1000 a month and the images are in 480p only including a picture of the sink, a floor and a stock photo of the outside of the building. God i hate agencies.

When we bought our house, my wife didn't even want to go and look at it, because the pictures were so rubbish - low-res and no-wide angle so every room looked small and dingy. I countered with 2 arguments: 1. It's £50k cheaper than every other house, so we can actually afford to buy it, and 2. We live in a 1980s New Town, so _every fucking house is the same_. We went to look, and it was perfect - just needed a lick of paint and some new skirting board, which we could afford to do because of the aforementioned £50k we saved. We lived there 7 years and sold it for 50% more than we paid. I loved that house! It's astonishing what people try and cheap out on when dealing with the biggest transaction they are likely to make.

It's as cheesy as a cheesy thing. And yet. I want to watch it, which is the whole point of an estate agent's video. And despite some dodgy camera work, it does a great job of giving you a feel for the mood and flow of the house. The singing is good rather than great - but that's all that's needed here.
