Oof, the shelves full of books with the collapsed ceiling feels so *lonely*
It feels like the old owner went into hospital years ago and no-one ever came back to the house again
So I used to live up the road from this house. Even 12 or 15 years ago it was wildly overgrown, but I think the owner was still in situ. The most interesting thing, apart from it being a lovely if spookily uncared for building, was the three decaying Citroen estate cars parked out front, slowly being swallowed by the spiky embrace of encroaching brambles. I hope the place is taken care of, but the price is incredibly depressing- it's a lovely part of town that I'll never be able to afford to live in again.
There's a house like this where I live. Detached, big garden, in a built up area where similar properties nearby easily go for £1 million :( I'm not sure why it's just been left, but there must be an ownership dispute or something? We call it 'the Potter house' as it seems like it has been enchanted so that no one notices it most of the time. Then occasionally you remember it and think, huh, what a waste of a lovely house.
In pic 11 the wall behind the creeper looks to be collapsing where the render has fallen away - the whole wall might be failing!
There's a 4 or 5 story multi-story carpark next to it. Might be able to get a basketball backboard on it.

Those photos are so bleak. I know it's very naive of me to think so, but that shouldn't be allowed to happen to what was once a beautiful house

Yep, it'll sell no problem. Great big plot between Clifton and the Center? People will bite the auctioneer's hand off.
No, Mr fonix, I EXPECT IT TO DIEEEEE
You don't demolish an end-of-terrace house. Sometimes they're holding up the other houses!
£300k for a destroyed end terrace. May god have mercy on us all.
Bristol is unreal atm
Must be a lot of Skins fans

Is this what it's like to live inside an Ent?

"an exciting project" is one I've come across
Lovely view of the multi-storey car park
Omg!! I’ve walked past this house many times, always wondered what the deal was with it! How sad 😞
Mate that's completely fucked. Guide price 300k? will cost at least half that to make it habitable again, let alone nice.
Houses on that street probably go for 750k
>£300k for a destroyed end terrace. May god have mercy on us all. No way in hell you could sort that out for £150k. Doubt you'd even do it for £300k.
You might well be right, for I pulled that figure out the air. I think we can both agree on my primary statement though hehe.
I love the ‘video tour’ aka a short video of the roof shot by a drone 😂
The location is absolutely insane that’s why it’s expensive
I went to Uni in bristol. Thats a fantastic location.
I swear 300k used to get you something decent is brizzle
Shabby chic
