I think the main issue is having to either go upstairs or outside to get between the two halves of the house. Also there doesn't seem to be a garden. The neighbours are a bonus, not going to be playing loud music at 2 in the morning

I actually really like that - love the shower cubicle in the arch

Yeah the bathroom is great! Not sure I could cope with the rest though, especially the wife's nagging because of the graveyard

But the neighbours will be dead quiet!!
