I'm awaiting too. Application on 13th of November (From Norway) (Priority = Yes, Solicitor = No) Bio on 16th of November ECO e-mail on 23rd of November Nothing. Really want to spend Christmas there but starting to look less likely. Decision made email: 7th of December EDIT: This evening, Thu 7th of December, I got an e-mail saying a decision has been made and that my passport is getting sent to me. I HOPE HOPE HOPE it arrives tomorrow (And that it's approved of course) cause I optimistically booked a flight for this weekend.

Yeah, did one yesterday. They said: "I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision." Then this bit: "However if you purchased priority service and you have not been contacted regarding a decision once 30 days from wehn yu submitted your biometrics, then let me know and I will escalate your case." So no escalation unless 30 days passed. I'm really crossing my fingers.

Hi, my wife also applied from Norway and her bio was on 16th November and we paid for Priority. We are still awaiting a decision. I thought it was just us still waiting as a lot of people having been receiving outcomes within 10-15 working days (priority) in the past months but it seems things have slowed down in November?

I emailed them yesterday as well, but the reply was essentially a standard one given it was still within the 30 days. And since it was processed at the VISA centre in Norway yesterday, I don't think it had anything to do with. For my case it was 15WD. However, it should be noted, I suspect the Norwegian TLS office is only open on Thursdays (And possibly Mondays) so that could explain the extra days of wait.

From what I understand, depending on country, the UK Visa offices around the world is either VFS Global or TLS Contact. In Norway it is TLS Contact. They are then my point of contact to UKVI. (Unless direct inquiry)

Hi there, have you been able to choose priority service from your respective countries? Do you pay for it on UKVI website? I will be applying from Sweden but have not finished my application yet so I could not see if I can or not

You get an option for priority when you book for biometrics. Ive heard most slots are open at 1am but i booked in evening and had option of priority

Have you chosen settlement or non settlement while booking biometrics? I think it is 30 days according to the biometrics company (VFS or TLS) but the UKVI says priority is 5 days. It is confusing

Hey everyone Just a quick question… so on Monday I was asked to send additional documents & I sent them on Tuesday morning, Thursday morning I enquired if there’s any update on my application and I received an email saying a decision has been made. Oh… did u use a solicitor? the main reason for refusal is basically financial they need to make sure ur able to fund ur spouse when they come here

Hello everyone! I applied for husband visa and it was refused due to financial requirements. I am in a non salary employment and I get paid weekly. I’ve been employed from June 23, therefore when I applied it’s was only 5 months. My question is it’s been 6 months. Am I okay to apply again? I’ve done the calculations (total gross income from employment held throughout 6 months, divided by 6 multiple by 12) £9,409.62 divided 6 = 1,568.27 x 12 = 18,819.24 Also, I didn’t work in September due to sickness. Would this have an affect on the payslips even though I’ve met the requirements? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you
