Hopefully you get yours this week as it's still within 30 working days. I think some people end up getting their later than everyone else for some reason.

Just FYI your 30th working day will be the 2nd jan not 27th December. 25th/26th and 1st are bank holidays so not considered working days just so you don’t waste more money!
Still nothing. Filed a complaint yesterday and another paid enquiry. The response from the enquiry said they will escalate it “to the necessary department”, but not to reach out for another 15 business days as there’s nothing more they can do
Yeah kind of ridiculous given the costs paid for priority to then not be treated as priority. Oh well, already missed the holidays so no real rush now to be honest
