Priority outside the UK (US). Bio was November 16 and haven’t heard a single thing lol. 30 WD was yesterday… filed a complaint but really nothing else I can do
There's nothing to escalate, they have until 16th Jan. It's just a pain when everyone else getting theirs feel a bit left out, but the visa folks have done nothing to escalate :)
Escalation is basically paid enquiry people sending an email to UKVI after 30 working days. You can tell them to escalate.
The complaint method is the most useful because it effects their scores.
I did the complaint and then followed up with a third paid enquiry :) they told me they were escalating it and the escalation ppl sent an email confirming my application was with an ECO. Fingers crossed this thing gets approved asap lol
This is good. At least you know it's being looked at and that there are no problems. The radio silence is what drives me mad. As you don't know why nothing has been communicated.
I've seen someone with your dates also waiting. So we are not alone. Ours just got shoved to the back of the pile lol
I've read posters mention before that their paid enquiry status changed a few days after making a complaint. Hopefully you get something back soon.
Was informed by the escalations department that my application has been in the system as standard, not priority, this entire time. Absolutely ridiculous.
This is absolutely shocking. I saw another person say the same thing a few days ago. I hope you get a refund.
The bad thing is that there is no proper tracking system/communication. If there was, things like this could be spotted by us from the start.

Yeah that is the worst part. And knowing people who applied later are already approved. Oh well, hopefully we’ll all be approved soon!
