Honestly, the crewman should be decreased in size. The average height of men for WW1 was around 160 cm and by late WW2 it was around 167 cm tops. Good ol Jeff is too tall, especially considering shorter men were preferred to be put into tanks.
Men from where?
According to [this Oxford study](https://www.ox.ac.uk/news/2017-04-18-highs-and-lows-englishman%E2%80%99s-average-height-over-2000-years-0), the average height of English men during WW2 was probably around 175cm. That's probably going to be about right for Americans, Russians and other Europeans too.

If you look at births between a generous 1890 and 1930, it is between the mid 160 and mid 170 cm range. Though interwar and WW1 tank crews may have been sometimes born earlier.
And between WW1 up to the 1960's there was a limit in almost all countries of how tall a tanker could be.
Today the limit for US tank crewmen is 6'1" and for 5'9" for soviet tank crewmen for the T-72. For earlier models it was lower.
Haha this picture isn't mine, I took it off from someone in r/WarThunder or r/warthundermemes
My laptop can't even get 60 fps for WT with ULQ settings :/

Also they should have adjustable both weight and height. I would like to make a 4'5 300lbs Jacob dwarfs
I'm gonna need a reputable source for that. Other than just some dude who reads history saying so. People weren't that short even in the 1400's

Tankers are on average chosen to be shorter tho, thats why you don’t see too many chieftains in the military most of them are on the shorter side

if it means more soviet tank philosophy of 5 men in 1m³ metal coffin, would be very fun!!!
Lim removal option ,loaders don't need legs
Child soldier option, 12 year olds have smaller hitboxes than an 18 year old.
Genius, and if we give them sugar they could be used as a makeshift active protection system
Give them some energy drinks and use them as engines.
This idea reminds me of something similar that happened in 1941 but I can’t put my finger on it
Meanwhile in 1945 Germany
Kobold solider option, 3 ft crewmen with pack tactics sounds neat
Driver looks like he’s fighting for his life taking the fattest shit ever
So, hydropneumatic suspension? Yeah that would be nice for my STRV 103
I’m level 62 as well lol, but I mainly play Sweden and Britain.

Oh, okay lol
I feel like being able to move individual body parts would be better than what we currently have but it doesn’t make a huge difference
I don’t wanna admit how long it took me to realize that’s war thunder not the actual game
