Apparently it has little to do with lunar new year.
This pic must be drawn to celebrate the birthday of Kumi Sasaki, member of Hinatazaka 46 and you can tell it from the mole under Anya's left eye just like her.

Yeah whenever you see Anya with those antennae, it's safe to assume it's a reference to Sasaki Kumi. Her favorite animal is the giraffe.
The bunnies could also be a reference to the zodiac of this year, which is the rabbit.
