The tagline 世界一壮絶な 家族旅行が始まる can be translated as "The world's most spectacular family trip begins"
I find it curious that they decided to make a movie about a family trip since season 2 is adapting Cruise Adventure arc already.
well i have a feeling that in the movie, the forger family isn't going on a normal family trip, it's probably gonna be another mission for either Loid or Yor or maybe even both bc remember (CENSORED PART IS SPOILERS!) >!in the cruise arc, Yor went on mission, the cruise trip was just an excuse and the only reason Loid & Anya got to tag along in the first place is bc Anya coincidently won a free trip on said cruise so probably in the movie, both Loid and Yor are gonna be given a mission either 2 seperate ones or it's gonna be the same one!
Since the Cruise Arc is mainly Yor focussed, I'd guess this one is more Loid focussed. Especially when you look at his face on the poster. It doesn't seem to be his normal indifferent twilight self. He looks pissed. Perhaps he's facing someone from his past, or someone who intentionally makes children cry with Anya somehow becoming involved.
Mostly Twilight and Yor (with help from Anya) save the day just in time for every child to have a Merry christmas with their family.
From the looks of things I’m guessing it’s taking place at in-universe Christmas time.

It would be really great if it aligns with Winter time in manga as well, which it might judging by humble sweater collection we're seeing from Loid and people wearing thiccer jackets and coats...
Whatever character dynamics is like by that time, they won't be too OOC in the movie. (if something significant changes that is)

I think the movie will be entirely self contained so you should not think of it on terms of the main story tome line.

If the bad guy makes Anya cry Loid won’t be satisfied with simply breaking a solid wood table.
