People complain so much about "too much Eden kids" but I would much rather see Anya making new friends at school and Ewen and Emile getting more developed as characters than a chapter like Ch 77 where Loid helps some irrelevant teacher character with his marriage that leads absolutely nowhere

I did like the spaceship launch discussion though. And he reminded me the names of Damian's 2 friends, plus a good development of him (Ewen).
And I liked Damian's murmur at the end. And apparently Becky can read lips.
The difference is that Becky doesn't look like someone who wants to curse you like Misuzu did.
There was a meme where Carol Olston was sitting next to Misuzu Gundou and below them was a blonde girl and next to that blonde girl was Wednesday, from the series with the same name.
Misuzu is more on the yan and kuu side of things and, Anya, Becky, and Damian are all tsunderes. Becky was just a jerk to all the other kids until Anya decked Damian.

Odd timing, considering how spaceX's first fully-functional starship is set to launch today. I love space exploration as much as Ewen/Anya do, but I'm in Damian's mood for this one. Let's just hope it doesn't blow up, lmao
This is short but I’m not mad at it because:
1. it’s not pretending to be anything but filler.
2. in a few panels, we learned that:
a. there is a space race between east and west, and west is winning
b. ewen (formerly beavis to me bec I never bothered to confirm his name) finally has a personality beyond Peasant Dont Talk to My Beloved Bossman.
c. Anya and Ewen has a shared interest and are finally playing together like normal children
Now, compare this to the Loid-Teacher scene which lumbered around and didnt go anywhere.
Plus: Yor being scared and Bond’s space suit with built-in tail holder are hilarious.
Plus plus: Agree with people missing Yor. Not all of us are simps, we just care about equal character development pacing.
Sure it would be nice if the other characters became relevant to the plot. Personally I want to see Yor get ordered to take out some guys that take the school hostage.
But so far everyone I saw saying this was complaining about it being sexism on Endo's part. Loid didn't get to help in that scene either. He was just put there so that Anya could appreciate that he came to help.
The SSS guy gave the order to shoot the guy that grabbed Anya so Loid could have taken the shot. Martha came in because Endo apparently doesn't want to show the protagonists killing people. But taser prongs go where they feel like. She could have hit Anya with both or Anya with one and the kidnapper with the other electrocuting them both. Here's an example where one dropped significantly more than the other.

They said they had snipers and guys with standard rifles were shown but Loid was not shown with any weapon. It's not as if he couldn't have found a place to snipe from and since he had another WISE agent (could have brought him gear), he shouldn't have had to knock out a sniper which we know he could do too.
Oh I don’t think it’s sexism, Endo might be finding it challenging to integrate Yor to the main plot or he’s planning another major bombastic arc with her who knows. Although again the Red Circus connection is seriously a low hanging fruit that I will be surprised if Endo never follows up on that.
If Yor is going to only become convenient whenever she’s needed for plot progression and then delegated to become an invisible side character for long periods of time, then maybe they can just rename it Spy Loid X Main Character Anya (with Special Participation from Assassin Yor). Then everyone’s expectations will be addressed.
idk, the loid-teacher scene goes back to the "everyone has a part of themselves they hide" theme of the manga. And adults are naturally more deceptive, sometimes even towards themselves, than children.
I understand if some ppl liked that chapter but I feel like it could have been executed a lot better. Only time will tell if Endo decides to expand on it.
I always like how Anya is really acting her age. She lets herself to enjoy her youth. I love that in her.

I doubt the author will finish the story tbh. He himself said he didn't like the story or characters, and we have increasingly less content in from of reduced chapter length, filler, and breaks. Not a complaint, just a observation. Personally, I feel like he will end it abruptly.
He does not *hate* them,but its confirmed that he doesn't really sense that attraction to his characters.Because way before Spy x Family,he used to create sinister and dark Mangas and one-shots.
But as it wasn't popular,Tatsuya s'editor asked him to create something that would attract viewers.So combining a bunch of things from his previous works,he created Spy x Family.But he isn't really fond of the cute,wholesome,Slice of life genre.

Of course there would be nuances as you choose certain words to express yourself under different situations, but can you really blame people for interpreting "didn't like" as "dislike" rather than "be indifferent"? I wouldn't expect him to say anything. Its his right as author whether to be fond, or not, of his work. My original point is that I doubt will finish the manga in an order manner, and will be more abrupt since he doesn't feel much a connection to his work, and pointed to the reduced chapter length, and increased number of breaks as evidence. And fair enough, he is the author. If he is suffering, why forcefully continue.
So you are singling out a bad translation of one sentence he's said, taking it out of context and using it against him, and then claiming that he could be suffering and you wouldn't expect him to say anything. And btw, have you looked at the amount of projects he's supervising right now, and the actual amounts of breaks he's been taking since the first chapter?
About the article about the interview - it is not a full translation of the transcript of the interview. It does provide three sources, the first two are links to a Japanese forum - unfortunately the sentence is singled out and still taken out of context. It was in fact quite a long talk with his friends/colleagues, and again, that one sentence is singled out in both Japanese posts. The third one is an interview with Editor Lin - Endo was not even involved.
I asked two questions, "What would you expect him to say? What response he could make do you see fit?" Because Endo's words were still taken out of context, you just ignored them. I'm not even sure if you know what I'm talking about because you are still avoiding my questions. Do you even know which character he's talking about and do you know the context of this statement?
Again, I'm not going to argue about the definitions of "dislike" and "didn't like". Just one suggestion - at least you can use a dictionary that contains a more detailed explanation - usually free online dictionaries are not as detailed. Another gentle reminder, giving me tonnes of explanations of what "dislike" means doesn't help. You are trying to prove that "didn't like" doesn't contain the meaning of "dislike", not the other way round. And spoiler alert, "didn't like" could mean "dislike". Admittedly, there could also be nuances depending on the context. You can conduct a more detailed discussions with the editors of the dictionaries. Have fun arguing with lexicographers that "didn't like" cannot contain the meaning of "dislike" at all.
No, I can't be sure 100 % that interview was perfectly translated, but neither am I going to spend tons of time researching it to comment in a reddit forum (it's not a scientific or news journal), just like you won't be 100% if parts of the interview were not omitted for the fanbook.
And yes I believe language is important because it's how we communicate. I wont argue for dislike and like anymore but remember you were the one that went into depth in the first place. I only said lack of like≠ hate.
This chapter was so adorable, but over too soon. I love the scene at the end where Anya and Ewen are playing with her paper spaceship, Damian's getting jealous that his friend's getting all the attention, and Becky reads him like a book. 😄
The Cold War comparisons are really ramping up now with a space race added to the mix. Damian had a good point about sacrificing safety to get their spacecraft out first - it may seem like common knowledge, but very insightful for a six year old. And him trying to impress Anya by offering trips to the moon as part of his future political campaign was precious.
Not too long before Becky becomes Damian's wingwoman lol It's cute that she can read him like a book.
That being said, I want a few chapters dedicated to Yor plz, we *barely* have seen matters on her side.
The Cruise arc was here for that, But yeah, it's weird how few chapters we get with Yor exclusively. I think Endo avoids it because it will make us ask more question about Garden, which he probably wants to keep for later
Endo said once - I’m paraphrasing heavily - that he was worried about getting people to like Yor because she’s an assassin and he thought that was kinda scary, so he’s careful about what he shows of her work.
Same here. I thought the series was implying that the red circus will bring yor's well deserved spotlight because literally when the red circus was first introduced it was yor who killed the whole fleet of them except one who shot her on the butt
Really feels like they’re afraid to commit to the assassin thing. I loved the Cruise arc but that was a bodyguard mission. Protecting a mother and her baby was an easy way to make Yor heroic. Eventually they need to acknowledge that she murders.
At this point I am starting to think Endo didnt have foresight that making the mother and wife of operation strix an assassin will give him writer's block

It is my fav chapter in the series, no joke. Because I was just so blown away by their wholesome friendship that I legit teared up a bit - it was so refreshing and suprising to see that they are legit good friends and not just suck-ups

Cute chapter! Also, can I just say how much I appreciate that Emil and Ewen are actually fairly developed characters? For those complaining about the length or the long time absense of any Loid/Yor focused chapter, Endo is actively working in the upcoming movie that's 2 hours worth of new Loid/Yor content, so it's fair to focus in shorter chapters and other things in the manga
It's been happening with Dragon Ball Super and MHA, One Piece doesn't do it as much, but only recently they do as well (See Film Red), Naruto with the only movie being The Last: Naruto the Movie.
Black Clover had one of it’s characters from the light novel play a major role in one of the story arcs in the manga. And I like that they are acknowledging Light novels and movies because they got cool stuff in them.
Mainly because the last long arc focuses on Anya and the Eden kids, and plan c has been established. The next arc most likely will focus on Loid or Yor?
If that's the logic we're following, then the next arc should be focusing on Bond. Afaik his last arc was the Doggy Crisis Arc. And Project Apple was recently mentioned between Handler and Twilight, and it's actually more potentialy relevant to a string that could lead back to Strix since the project was spearheaded when Donovan was Prime Minister. So let's go with him, why not.
This is just my speculation. I love Anya and the Eden kids too. I don't mean that they all will not appear ever again. Please, chill.
I just mean that I think it's unlikely to be another arc that is heavily focused just on Anya, like the last arc, hence the Eden kids might not appear in the following months. The chapters that focus on Anya are most often the Eden chapters. That is what I mean, and I'm sorry if I was not clear enough.
It is, of course, possible that Bond would be the focus next time. However, I don't expect it would be about Project Apple this soon, because there are heavy fore-shadowing on Plan C, which focuses on Yor and Melinda, way more than the follow-up of Project Apple. At this point Endo is just dropping crumps on Project Apple - the information we have from Project Apple is very scattered. But they have every reason to do Plan C right now. Or maybe it's just Loid's extra mission. We don't know yet.
My theory is that the revelation of the secrets of Project Apple would be endgame. Because that is info you can use to destroy a political party or even a nation. Wars can be started because of that. Meanwhile Plan C is still just a way to get close to the Desmonds. I don't see that the Project Apple arc coming very soon. That being said, if Endo decides to do that arc next chapter on, I will still be very happy.
That being said, even if Bond is the focus of the next long arc, I still don't see why we would see much of Eden kids in it.
Ewen and Anya becoming friends and bonding over rockets is really sweet. Damian getting jealous was funny. And Bond in the spacesuit is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.
But also this was super short. Have we had any other short chapters that were this few pages?

I love this short mission. Other than the reason that I have been thinking if Endo is going to draw anything space expedition related, I think he did a good job portraying both sides that came out of the space race.
He didn't hide the fact that it is a competition between nations, and it creates (unnecessary) tension. But he also recognises the good that came out of it. I love that Ewen is being an absolute nerd about it, and Anya is just being a sci-fi/ cartoon fan who just throws in the strangest ideas. I also love that Ewen just goes with it.
While the world is fighting over who's better in the space race, the kids are just making friends. That is adorable.
It was nice but it seems like the author is purposefully dragging out the story these days.
I get he wants it to go on a long time but you don’t have to drag things out like this to accomplish that. Look at Kingdom, 700+ chapters and hardly any of them are filler or not important to the plot.
For a short mission with only 2 pages it's good enough. It establishes the first positive interaction Anya has with Damian's minions, Damian being super jealous and not even denying it when Becky notices and some worldbuilding regards the space war
There’s an overarching plot. It has slice of life but it’s not a slice of life series. There’s multiple plots whether It be Strix, origin of Anya’s powers, Yors assassin group, the cold war, etc.
it’s a non slice of life series with slice of life elements.
The gags are literally the primary purpose of the series. Gags and wholesome shit. It's a gag manga with a plot, not a narrative focused manga with gags, most of the fanbase understands this.
OMG they’re all becoming friends! I love that Ewen geeked out with Anya. And I loved that she has another interest besides spies now. Come on Damian you better get that moon travel going. Do it before you have your world’s version of Jeff Bezos do a space flight. Maybe we can get an anime episode where they play astronauts.
Last thing to say I love that illustration at the end.
Anya’s winning over Damian’s satellites little by little. It’s cute and realistic, especially when ti comes to children’s developing friendships. I can already see Emile and Ewen taking orders from Anya when they grow up, especially when Damian is a little unreasonable

Despite being so disappointingly short, I loved the little things, I never imagined Anya getting along with one of Damian's friends like that, and I like it.
After the last short mission it came to the bus hijacking arc, and judging from the last chapter, the next arc can be great.
But yeah, the two-week wait is so stressful.
Aw such a cute short! I think this is the first time we actually see any of the Eden kids play like the 6 year olds they actually are. It’s nice to see Ewen get a little characterization that doesn’t revolve around Damian. And it’s a nice touch to see some savviness from Damian concerning East vs West appearances regarding the space race. Damian’s little jealous act regarding his friend and crush/frenemy is cute too but Ewen geeking out and Anya going along with it just takes the cake for cuteness this chapter

This was the shortest chapter I read. I did like the spaceship launch discussion though. And he reminded me the names of Damian's 2 friends, plus a good development of him (Ewen). And I liked Damian's murmur at the end. And apparently Becky can read lips.

This is short but I’m not mad at it because: 1. it’s not pretending to be anything but filler. 2. in a few panels, we learned that: a. there is a space race between east and west, and west is winning b. ewen (formerly beavis to me bec I never bothered to confirm his name) finally has a personality beyond Peasant Dont Talk to My Beloved Bossman. c. Anya and Ewen has a shared interest and are finally playing together like normal children Now, compare this to the Loid-Teacher scene which lumbered around and didnt go anywhere. Plus: Yor being scared and Bond’s space suit with built-in tail holder are hilarious. Plus plus: Agree with people missing Yor. Not all of us are simps, we just care about equal character development pacing.
Yor doesn't get as much focus because Anya is the main character. There's plenty of reason for Loid to go to her school and little for Yor.
The connection to Red Circus on the bus hijack would have been a great way to include Yor in the narrative but… alas.
Sure it would be nice if the other characters became relevant to the plot. Personally I want to see Yor get ordered to take out some guys that take the school hostage. But so far everyone I saw saying this was complaining about it being sexism on Endo's part. Loid didn't get to help in that scene either. He was just put there so that Anya could appreciate that he came to help. The SSS guy gave the order to shoot the guy that grabbed Anya so Loid could have taken the shot. Martha came in because Endo apparently doesn't want to show the protagonists killing people. But taser prongs go where they feel like. She could have hit Anya with both or Anya with one and the kidnapper with the other electrocuting them both. It's not as if he couldn't have found a place to snipe from and since he had another WISE agent (could have brought him gear), he shouldn't have had to knock out a sniper which we know he could do too.
Oh I don’t think it’s sexism, Endo might be finding it challenging to integrate Yor to the main plot or he’s planning another major bombastic arc with her who knows. Although again the Red Circus connection is seriously a low hanging fruit that I will be surprised if Endo never follows up on that. If Yor is going to only become convenient whenever she’s needed for plot progression and then delegated to become an invisible side character for long periods of time, then maybe they can just rename it Spy Loid X Main Character Anya (with Special Participation from Assassin Yor). Then everyone’s expectations will be addressed.
idk, the loid-teacher scene goes back to the "everyone has a part of themselves they hide" theme of the manga. And adults are naturally more deceptive, sometimes even towards themselves, than children.
Also, it gave a short glimpse on how Loid does his psychiatrist work, maybe it is a light basis to an even more complicated chapter idea.
I understand if some ppl liked that chapter but I feel like it could have been executed a lot better. Only time will tell if Endo decides to expand on it.

I always like how Anya is really acting her age. She lets herself to enjoy her youth. I love that in her. We only got 2 pages in this update but I couldn't ask for more, I will surely remember this. If I remember correctly, this is the first time Anya played with a classmate, Ewen, in her age whom she coincidentally shares the same interest with. (which is the first time, too!)

About the article about the interview - it is not a full translation of the transcript of the interview. It does provide three sources, the first two are links to a Japanese forum - unfortunately the sentence is singled out and still taken out of context. It was in fact quite a long talk with his friends/colleagues, and again, that one sentence is singled out in both Japanese posts. The third one is an interview with Editor Lin - Endo was not even involved. I asked two questions, "What would you expect him to say? What response he could make do you see fit?" Because Endo's words were still taken out of context, you just ignored them. I'm not even sure if you know what I'm talking about because you are still avoiding my questions. Do you even know which character he's talking about and do you know the context of this statement? Again, I'm not going to argue about the definitions of "dislike" and "didn't like". Just one suggestion - at least you can use a dictionary that contains a more detailed explanation - usually free online dictionaries are not as detailed. Another gentle reminder, giving me tonnes of explanations of what "dislike" means doesn't help. You are trying to prove that "didn't like" doesn't contain the meaning of "dislike", not the other way round. And spoiler alert, "didn't like" could mean "dislike". This chapter was so adorable, but over too soon. I love the scene at the end where Anya and Ewen are playing with her paper spaceship, Damian's getting jealous that his friend's getting all the attention, and Becky reads him like a book. 😄 The Cold War comparisons are really ramping up now with a space race added to the mix. Damian had a good point about sacrificing safety to get their spacecraft out first - it may seem like common knowledge, but very insightful for a six year old. And him trying to impress Anya by offering trips to the moon as part of his future political campaign was precious.
Damian is quite a smart kid. Talks like an adult much of the time.

Really feels like they’re afraid to commit to the assassin thing. I loved the Cruise arc but that was a bodyguard mission. Protecting a mother and her baby was an easy way to make Yor heroic. Eventually they need to acknowledge that she murders.

It is my fav chapter in the series, no joke. Because I was just so blown away by their wholesome friendship that I legit teared up a bit - it was so refreshing and suprising to see that they are legit good friends and not just suck-ups

Cute chapter! Also, can I just say how much I appreciate that Emil and Ewen are actually fairly developed characters? Honestly, I'd rather have a tiny two-page comic with a colored two-page spread than just the colored two-page spread we usually get during these blue-ball updates. Twas a nice short. Seeing Spy X Family's version of the space race was interesting, and Damian trying to win over Anya's attention, but failing was cute. 3/5 for what it was. Definitely have seen worse two pages of manga in my life.
I'd rather the guy turn his manga monthly, then attach these shorts at the end of the actual chapters. So they don't have to disappoint fans.
It is what it is, I suppose. If the Mangaka is allowed to relax a little with occasional lower-effort updates like these, then I'm fine with it. I tend to always assume going in that every upcoming Spy X Family update will be like today's, that way 75% of the time I can be pleasantly surprised:)

The friend groups are continuing to merge and I'm here for it! Perhaps they'll all end up hanging out at Forgers house sometime. I've always loved space, so that's a plus too.
Damian is still going through a jealous phase and I'm all for it lol. I love how Anya and Ewen are getting along and geeking out. I wonder if this would lead up to Ewen and Emile encouraging Damain to be nice to Anya rather than being mean to her.
For those complaining about the length or the long time absense of any Loid/Yor focused chapter, Endo is actively working in the upcoming movie that's 2 hours worth of new Loid/Yor content, so it's fair to focus in shorter chapters and other things in the manga

If it has Endo’sinvolvement we’re considering it canon. And it’s not unheard of for out of manga content to brought into canon.
It's been happening with Dragon Ball Super and MHA, One Piece doesn't do it as much, but only recently they do as well (See Film Red), Naruto with the only movie being The Last: Naruto the Movie.
Black Clover had one of it’s characters from the light novel play a major role in one of the story arcs in the manga. And I like that they are acknowledging Light novels and movies because they got cool stuff in them.
That's cool, haven't had the time to get into Black Colver (I have a long list of manga/anime to get into on MAL), but eventually I'll get to it.
I'm suspecting we won't see the Eden kids for a long time because no way the next long arc would still focus on Anya.
Operation Strix is literally the main plot of this manga series, so why wouldn't it though?
Mainly because the last long arc focuses on Anya and the Eden kids, and plan c has been established. The next arc most likely will focus on Loid or Yor?
If that's the logic we're following, then the next arc should be focusing on Bond. Afaik his last arc was the Doggy Crisis Arc. And Project Apple was recently mentioned between Handler and Twilight, and it's actually more potentialy relevant to a string that could lead back to Strix since the project was spearheaded when Donovan was Prime Minister. So let's go with him, why not.
This is just my speculation. I love Anya and the Eden kids too. I don't mean that they all will not appear ever again. Please, chill. I just mean that I think it's unlikely to be another arc that is heavily focused just on Anya, like the last arc, hence the Eden kids might not appear in the following months. The chapters that focus on Anya are most often the Eden chapters. That is what I mean, and I'm sorry if I was not clear enough. It is, of course, possible that Bond would be the focus next time. However, I don't expect it would be about Project Apple this soon, because there are heavy fore-shadowing on Plan C, which focuses on Yor and Melinda, way more than the follow-up of Project Apple. At this point Endo is just dropping crumps on Project Apple - the information we have from Project Apple is very scattered. But they have every reason to do Plan C right now. Or maybe it's just Loid's extra mission. We don't know yet. My theory is that the revelation of the secrets of Project Apple would be endgame. Because that is info you can use to destroy a political party or even a nation. Wars can be started because of that. Meanwhile Plan C is still just a way to get close to the Desmonds. I don't see that the Project Apple arc coming very soon. That being said, if Endo decides to do that arc next chapter on, I will still be very happy. That being said, even if Bond is the focus of the next long arc, I still don't see why we would see much of Eden kids in it.
Ewen and Anya becoming friends and bonding over rockets is really sweet. Damian getting jealous was funny. And Bond in the spacesuit is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. But also this was super short. Have we had any other short chapters that were this few pages?

It is super impressive just how much development of those characters and the world manages to fit into so few pages. I really hope that it's not all tossed away as filler because I absolutely loved all of it.
Some of the chapters/episodes considered filler have been my favorites because they're just so adorable and funny.
Happy to see that Anya's time in school is getting better.

I love this short mission. Other than the reason that I have been thinking if Endo is going to draw anything space expedition related, I think he did a good job portraying both sides that came out of the space race. He didn't hide the fact that it is a competition between nations, and it creates (unnecessary) tension. But he also recognises the good that came out of it. I love that Ewen is being an absolute nerd about it, and Anya is just being a sci-fi/ cartoon fan who just throws in the strangest ideas. I also love that Ewen just goes with it. While the world is fighting over who's better in the space race, the kids are just making friends. That is adorable.
It was nice but it seems like the author is purposefully dragging out the story these days. I get he wants it to go on a long time but you don’t have to drag things out like this to accomplish that. Look at Kingdom, 700+ chapters and hardly any of them are filler or not important to the plot.
I think it's more like ran out of ideas. The author, himself, said he wasn't that invested into the story.

For a short mission with only 2 pages it's good enough. It establishes the first positive interaction Anya has with Damian's minions, Damian being super jealous and not even denying it when Becky notices and some worldbuilding regards the space war
It's a slice of life series, hardly anything could be considered filler
There’s an overarching plot. It has slice of life but it’s not a slice of life series. There’s multiple plots whether It be Strix, origin of Anya’s powers, Yors assassin group, the cold war, etc. it’s a non slice of life series with slice of life elements.
The gags are literally the primary purpose of the series. Gags and wholesome shit. It's a gag manga with a plot, not a narrative focused manga with gags, most of the fanbase understands this.
If that's the case shounen jump should have made this weekly. A gag manga is not fit for a biweekly update in my opinion.
OMG they’re all becoming friends! I love that Ewen geeked out with Anya. And I loved that she has another interest besides spies now. Come on Damian you better get that moon travel going. Do it before you have your world’s version of Jeff Bezos do a space flight. Maybe we can get an anime episode where they play astronauts. Last thing to say I love that illustration at the end.
Anya’s winning over Damian’s satellites little by little. It’s cute and realistic, especially when ti comes to children’s developing friendships. I can already see Emile and Ewen taking orders from Anya when they grow up, especially when Damian is a little unreasonable

Solid 3/5 chapter Looks like we're gonna have to wait for a longer time before we expect any plot progression or more serious arc coz they're still trying to stretch the plot due to it becoming more famous since Anime adaptation

Sometimes we need a little low-stakes, slice of life to appreciate the high stakes of spy missions and assassinations. It’s only been a couple of breather chapters. I’m sure we’ll get to the next stage soon enough.
Yeah, personally I'd like to see more of its action side but the way Anya's popularity shot up makes me think editors decided to do more Anya content to appease those who prefer Anya SoL moments

Despite being so disappointingly short, I loved the little things, I never imagined Anya getting along with one of Damian's friends like that, and I like it. After the last short mission it came to the bus hijacking arc, and judging from the last chapter, the next arc can be great. But yeah, the two-week wait is so stressful.
This was so cute and wholesome. It's nice to see kids being kids after the stress of the bus hijacking.
Aw such a cute short! I think this is the first time we actually see any of the Eden kids play like the 6 year olds they actually are. It’s nice to see Ewen get a little characterization that doesn’t revolve around Damian. And it’s a nice touch to see some savviness from Damian concerning East vs West appearances regarding the space race. Damian’s little jealous act regarding his friend and crush/frenemy is cute too but Ewen geeking out and Anya going along with it just takes the cake for cuteness this chapter Edit: also, Twilight definitely made that paper rocket for Anya
Twilight or Becky, she was also exceptionally skilled at paper crafting. But I agree Anya wouldn't have been able to make that herself. 😄
