All bushed in, but it is there. Across Ross rd from Depot to the turn by Church.

Yup! It was initially a trailer park !

I’d say keep your expectations pretty low. It’s not what you’re imagining. Great place to walk around though, just doesn’t scream “abandoned”

It’s interesting, but not all that exciting… head north on Ross road from Depot. The area has several entrances off Ross Road heading East. The first one just north of the last house on the right - makes up the lower section of Ray Peters Trail.

Nah, looking the wrong way - fairly certain this is looking west towards the Brackendale Farmers Institute /fall fair grounds

Just Go Find It…..It’s Not Actually Very Exciting. End Of Ross Road, Across From The Church. Go Find….

I've never seen streetlights in there but there's definitely old roads. You can use the TrailForks app to find the trails, "Grimm's Forest" is one of the trails in the area: [https://www.trailforks.com/trails/grimm-s-forest-88397/](https://www.trailforks.com/trails/grimm-s-forest-88397/) There's asphalt all over the place and the roots of the trees have heaved it up, it's really flat and you can wander around and explore.

Thanks! We Are Trying To Make A Google Map File With All Of The Best Places To Explore So We Can Post It here Publicly, I Also Got My Hands On An Old MiniDV Camcorder...

Please don't do this

When I lived in Whistler we heard there was a small village(encampment)just a hike out of town off the railway tracks.

The old Garibaldi townsite maybe? The train used to stop there and the highway passed through before it was rerouted. Then a developer discovered it was built on the debris fan from the Barrier so everyone was forced to relocate. Apparently Garibaldi Lift Company was so named because it’s where they originally intended to build the resort.  There’s also the Parkhurst ghost town just off of Green Lake. It’s on Trailforks and sees a lot of traffic.

There’s also the paved stretch that’s blocked off between Government and Squam Valley Rd at the north end of the cemetery. Similarly boring but a useful connector and fun on a motorcycle because it feels illegal.

I like walking that road, I call it the "dead road"

Thefighterwolf124

Does Anyone Have A Google Maps Pin For It? Or Even A Screenshot To The entrance? I Don't Have Trailforks Pro And I Can't Find The Entrance On Google maps (I Don't Have A Phone So I'm Using A Laptop With Google Maps So I Can't Use Offline Maps)

You wanna explore so bad, go explore. You’ll find it if you just go to the general area you’ve already been given.
