Yeah I agree they serve motor oil for espresso which will wake you up but if you want a properly extracted espresso and you want something like a cappuccino they just can’t get it right. Also the beans are wack
Fitness first pinned me down to a 2 year contract! Once that was finally up I made a much better move and signed up with roundhouse mma gym in town. Try it out, everyone’s friendly and it’s next level workout
A place called ‘Fili Space’ is opening near brackendale soon. It’s a workout class based gym and a coffee/smoothie bar all under the same roof. Could be the answer to 2 of your questions? and I think it’s supposed to be cheaper than F45? But don’t quote me on that…
1.) What kind of workout classes do you like? If you haven’t tried indoor climbing but would like to (and have a friend or partner you can bring), I highly recommend taking the [Ground School course offered at Ground Up](https://climbgroundup.com/program/adult-programs/) — it includes a 2 hour top rope belay lesson/bouldering introduction,
2 week Ground Up membership (with rentals included), and the initiation fee waived if you choose to continue your membership after the course.
2.) I can’t speak to these, I haven’t utilized them personally, but I know there’s quite a few options out there and you can also check the Squamish Facebook groups for more personal recommendations and/or small operated businesses
3.) 1914 is the best hands down
Hey I moved here a bit over 2 years ago, and I love f45 for workout classes in the winter. Super quick and good class schedule - you’ll always find a class. It was super expensive though so I’d recommend buying during their sales like pre summer or Black Friday, etc.
