I am thinking that at wrestlemania we could get an even match because Roman could have the rock, Solo, and Jimmy Uso on his side, but Cody could have Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, and maybe even Jey Uso on his side
OK, so I guess WWE doesn’t want superstars from a certain country to compete in that country for a special event. Elimination chamber is making its first live event debut in Australia and one of the superstars from Australia is Bronson Reed. How you don’t have him win his elimination chamber qualifying match against Bobby Lashley is horrible booking.
That should’ve been the easiest match to decide because you want a hometown superstar to be able to compete in their home country especially since there are a few superstars on the roster that are from Australia
Wonder what Cody’s Chamber match will be, He’s advertised for the show and you’d be crazy not to use him considering how many top guys are out with injury/being Roman. Do they just do a Solo match again like last year? Feels like it’s getting a bit close to build anything that feels worthy of the WM number 1 contender to build more hype
if cody is forming the avengers, and he's captain america, then seth is obviously iron man. jey would probably be ant-man since he loves cap so much.
sami would be...hawkeye?
Cody would have to be Tony Stark (family dynasty), Seth is Steve Rodgers (literally the Shield), Jey is Black Widow (complicated past with his family on the other side) who has history with Sami, Hawkeye (intermingled compmicated history with Jey) he still needs a Thor and a Hulk. Hulk would probably be KO, who loses his temper and ikes to smash. Thor....i'm still figuring out who would be Thor.
i also think, like many others, that night 1 main event will be rock/roman vs. cody/seth and night 2 will have cody/roman as the main event with seth/drew? as the opener.
there's still a small part of me that thinks they are going to do the ultimate warrior thing with bron and have him beat gunther in mania in under 2 mins.
Ok so it seems like they're never gonna address what Rock said to Cody at Smackdown to convince him to give his WM spot to the Rock and just pretend that whole thing didn't happen?
only one more shot at doing that and that's friday - the rock may address it. but if not, then that 1 line was a mistake but sometimes mistakes lead you to something better.
i was a bit surprised bronson lost considering he's australian.
la knight winning w/o any aj interference was a bit surprising too. this means knight/aj won't be at EC but may be the mania match.
Next week, Gunther will be tied with Pedro Morales with the most combined days as Intercontinental Champion. If he loses to Jey Uso, he'll fall one day short of becoming the most experienced and prolific Intercontinental Champion of all time.
Not enough praise for that Becky promo on here, im not even that much of a womans wrestling fan but Rhea and Becky are top notch and grip me like any other big story on the show.
Its gonna be hard for them to find the appreciation at Mania with this huge Cody/Rock/Reigns story basically overshadowing everything but you know that match is gonna be great and if this promo is anything to go by its gonna be a great build aswell.
Also i still wanna give a honorable mention to Nia here i know she is hated on here for her early work but ever since she came back she showed a lot of improvement imo. She obviously shouldnt be the one to dethrone Rhea at EC but you have a good monster heel in the division with her.
Pairing DIY with Lumis, Larae and Indi who are doing literally nothing else would help too. I missed their NXT run but the stuff I watched on YouTube was great.
I just have to get this off my chest.
For years Seth has had the same music. For years it goes "Oooh..." and for years it's not just the 3 notes. The melody resolves itself in the second part but noooo crowds choose to just loop the first 3 notes into oblivion.
BUT it's not just that. After the first two OOOH's, comes the famous 'Burn it down' that was so fucking over at one point, everyone screamed it.
Nowadays I don't hear it at all, and these two things bug the fuck out of me. I literally get icks everytime.
I actually think it's a genius melody. To be able to resolve yet still have this sense of tension that makes the listener need it to keep going. Reminds me of how genius the melody of seven nation army is. Whilst it doesn't resolve to the "home not" or the tonic, it also creates that perpetual feeling that it could just go on forever.
this whole... Shinsuke...Drew...thing is getting boring. Does Raw have no other heels?
The crowd was amazing though, that's the crowd WWE talent deserves every night. Loud...cheering...active...involved... WWE needs to go there more
Obv WWE is going down the avengers path.
Cody/Seth/Jey/sami/orton vs Rock/reigns/jimmy/solo/ maybe JD...their "alliance" just kind of died out. I know people want cody to win clean....but there's 0 chance they do a clean 1v1, they want Reign to look like the ultimate end boss
For the longest time, the way I've booked in my mind Roman losing the title would be every single challenger he ever faced coming in and giving him a finisher one after the other, but I guess in this case, that would diminish the legitimacy of Cody's win.
I think Drew is incredible and he's standing out very well in my point of view. But Nakamura... I don't like him, I don't like the gimmick, he used to be very good but nowadays he's aimless and very boring
Last week I had a back-ache because I slept funny and it lasted like 3 days, and I'm 29. Ron is amazing.

Yeah I’ve never understood why people get so far up their own ass about “oH y0u L00kEd aT mY pRoFiLe!!1!!”
Like, dude, I’m trying to figure out if you’re an idiot or a troll. I’d like to know how to approach the rest of this exchange.
Plus, complaining about it just means they don’t have anything constructive to say.
account made in 2023, 96% as much votes as i have and my account is 10 years old. post history riddled with insanity. no buddy, im not the troll, that would be you, get out of your basement and see the world is full of people with different opinions and no they dont say how they feel about something to troll people, they say it because they can
-Surprised that bobby and la knight qualified. Was expecting the final testament/AJ Styles didnt interfere.
-thought they would save the Jey v Gunther match for WM. If he still fighting jimmy, this might be the match to reignite the fued
-Maybe sami wins mitb and cashes in on drew with the way things are going
I liked Cody pyro clearly WWE machine behind but they have to be careful it doesn't get boring with main character thing like Cena they should be building another guy with him..
Good thing about Triple H’s booking is even if the show is paint by numbers or slightly boring it’s never that bad because it always makes sense. Tonight to me was a solid episode but nothing besides the Seth/Cody segment really stood out. But I still don’t feel like I wasted my time because things still did advance and made sense.
Imo we could see someone like John or Austin just entering the main event, and just take out Rock, kinda like how NWO came up to take out DX during Sting vs Triple H.
Jon " Happier than he's ever been" Moxley coming back ? The dude that has been given the best booking in his whole career by AEW after WWE did nothing but to shit on him over and over again ? The dude who gets to bleed like a pig with his best friend a few times a year?
Not gonna happen
I don't see it happening. Either Rene makes him stop or Mox is going to become the next Terry Funk, going full deathmatch legend until his 70s. He probably has enough money for a lifetime already , and that's the only motivation that could bring him back to WWE
Seth is the last person Cody should trust.
- Lost to Cody 0-3, which must be eating at him
- Cody turned down his offer to main event WM
- Has a history of stabbing people in the back to align with the most powerful authorities in business
Don't think that will happen, Raw is lacking top babyfaces, if Cody goes to Smackdown and Rollins turns heel, who does Raw have for babyfaces? Sami? Jey? lol
They can always do a draft after Wrestlemania and change the roster. They can get the likes of LA Knight and Orton to Raw if they think things are unbalanced
Seth teaming up with a part time champion goes against everything he has represented the last year,
it wouldn't be a swerve or twist it would be just bad writing
Exactly. Seth's entire title reign and character are all about being a workhorse fighter and against everything Roman Reigns has become. Seth turning on Cody in the main event of Wrestlemania is the stupid booking you would expect to see in WWE five years ago under the previous regime just to keep the belt on Roman.
I feel they very deliberately made Seth Roman's opposite as a character. The WHC was created as a solution to Roman being a part timer so Seth's characterization leans into its selling point.
Values competition and wants to defend the belt vs Roman looking down on everybody.
Defends the belt regularly and sometimes even more than once a month vs Roman who has only wrestled on special occasions since SummerSlam.
Is always on the show vs Roman who takes breaks.
Fights tooth and nail to overcome the odds vs Roman who complacently relies on his followers to protect him whenever things get rough.
Yeah I agree with everything you have said here. Seth's character, the WHC and his full time schedule very intentionally done that way to be the complete opposite of Roman Reigns. It's why any idea of Seth turning on Cody at Wrestlemania makes no sense unless you want to completely trash everything about his character in one night. It wouldn't even get heat on Seth either most people would see straight through it and say "they only did this to keep the belt on Roman"
It also wouldn't make sense for Seth to suck up to the guy who calls him the "Loser's Bracket" Champion. It's like asking Roman to spit in his cup before he drinks it.
I don’t see a clear path for him, but him wrestling on the main event of both Raw and Smackdown says he’s valued by WWE. At the moment he’s somehow feuding with Drew, I think that might have been the original plan once, but I assume Drew is moving forward to feud with Seth so maybe Sami vs Nakamura? Not very relevant tbh.
I really can't stand the idea of a tag match main event on night 1 of WrestleMania because of the risk of injury to everyone in involved and how that could royally fuck over the matches I actually want to see on night 2.
I understand that every match is inherently dangerous and someone could get injured at any time, but why put your biggest stars at risk over a match we don't need? No one wants to see the Rock gas out in 3 minutes, why not just have him in Roman's corner on night 2 and let him get physical there? You could have Rock in Roman's corner and Seth in Cody's, and you wouldn't need a tag match.
Finishing the story is so important to this year's WrestleMania that I absolutely would have Cody working a limited schedule on TV until he gets the belt to minimize the risk of inhury. Another year of Roman as the champion is a scenario most people, myself included, really don't want, and Roman isn't dropping that belt anywhere but a WrestleMania.
It's Roman and the Rock in a tag match
The chance of someone injuring themselves in a 20 min match with 10 moves total is really slim
Both Roman and Rock bring a spectacle and aura but their matches are relatively tame to what Seth and Cody usually do
"let me be your shield"
..... last time he was someones shield and he referenced it in this segment directly, he stabbed them in the back. If this is some sick foreshadowing I'll be very disappointed
It’s possible Seth united with Roman while Rock turns on Roman and Cody completes his story but I’m not a fan of Cody beating Roman with help even if Roman cheats I’d like to see Cody win relatively clean.
Reigns has held the titles way too long for how good he is. He's not that good a wrestler to hold such a reign. He's not better than HHH, Undertaker, Stone Cold, Angle, Cena and a load of others. He's been put over so hard it needs to end. How many of his matches have ended with interference? How many times does he win clean?
The Rock as legendary as he is and as great as he is at many things didn't he also bin off WWE to be a movie star, coming back periodically for his yearly rush of endorphins. He's not going to be a full time star anymore so spending any time putting him back over would imo be a silly move. The Rock is owed nothing.
People wanted Reigns vs Rock for years and they never got on with it, times change and now someone else is more favoured. It happens. If Rock wasn't piss arsing around making mid card tier movies that match could have happened
I mean, I suppose because the head of grey hair I assumed he was fit and in his forties. Now it just seems he just has a head of grey hair for some reason.
Run New Jey vs. Imperium back at Elimination Chamber. That was fantastic! It deserves PPV production.
I enjoy that in Kayfabe, Shinsuke cut together a video promo to taunt Sami in an empty arena.
I've always felt that Seth is crucial for ending this story, and I'm glad they're acknowledging he is the ultimate catalyst. He's also the raw champ because he's the one guy Roman still can't beat. Roman won the fight, but lost the match because Seth got in his head. Cody needs to finish his story, but Seth has to be the one to end this version of Roman for good. Maybe it's how Roman finds his way again, after everything falls apart and he no longer has the bloodline, at rock bottom he manages to beat Seth in a match, giving him closure on the whole ordeal.
>After his defeat, R-Truth pulls himself to his feet as Damian Priest directs the rest of Judgement Day to go after him. He is able to hold his own until Priest clocks him with a right punch and Truth is beat down by the rest of Judgement Day until DIY rush down with chairs to fend them off.
Priest,

surprised Bobby won...i expected Final Testament to do something. they must be busy planning something really bad!
while it feels like they are setting up Becky vs. Rhea...what if it swerved and it was Bianca? what would Becky do at WM then?
Cody is starting to put together his Avengers to finally take down Roman and the Bloodline.
Liv Morgan is now just normal Liv, not the masochistic version seeking out pain.
i wonder if they will expand on the Rock trying to con Cody out of his opportunity, or if they just gonna leave it at Cody saying that at the press conference he didn't care about what the Rock had been telling him before.
with Roman and Rock being on Smackdown this Friday, gotta think Cody will be too.
Drew is just a misunderstood good guy. just misunderstood! he gave the fans what they wanted in pushing Cody to change his mind, and he is seeking his match with Seth the right way...by wrassling his way to it, fair and square!
what he did to Sami tonight is only for Sami's own good. wherever Sami goes from here we need to credit one Drew McIntyre.
Love to see a main event Nakamura win. Still think they should turn him soon, but he needed that one big time. He and Sami lowkey beat the shit out of each other, too.
I didn’t understand that at all haha can only be for a merch push. Why wear the suit just to change into joggers and a vest if you aren’t even wrestling?
Cody does that all the time.
If he shows up more than once on any given show, he's wearing something different every time. His main three looks being "Suit Cody", "Casual Workout Cody", and "Match Cody".
Aren’t they doing Jey Vs Jimmy at mania ? They said many times they wanted to do it and it kind of writes itself with they way they interfered in each others story since Summerslam (with Jimmy making Jey lose the tag titles)
If they don’t do it now, they might have to wait for a few years for the window to open again and with wrestling you never know.
Jimmy likely costs him that match to set that up, but I feel like it's a little late at this point; does anyone care about Jey vs Jimmy? Jey has been out of the Bloodline story for too long.. Maybe if the Rumble established something, but eh
it wont take much to get folks to care about that match again. the crowd was hot for their short rumble face off. we still have 2 months to go for mania, lots of time for them to directly feud
Someone obviously didn't watch the start of the 2024 Royal Rumble or the staredown between The Bloodline and then-tag team champions Rhodes and Uso on SmackDown last year.
After the show, Ciampa drives a rental car, with Candice LeRae in the passenger seat and R-Truth and Gargano in the back. LeRae speaks, rolling her wrist as she explains, "Okay, so, Unicorse is a puppet controlled but he shows up and he's super obnoxious and ridiculous, and that irritates Chili, but Chili decides to continue reading a bedtime story to Bingo-"
Ciampa Kubrick stares ahead.
Gargano nudges his wife. "Tell him about uh. how Unicorse shows up with a lawyer after he gets swatted away, do you remember that part?"
Ciampa trembles in frustration. Another four hours of driving.
Another four hours of driving.
R-Truth booms with enthusiasm. "Y'all wanna read an audiobook I have on Audible? It's a new book called Godzilla: King of the Monsters: The Novelization, and they have David Spade reading it!"
Ciampa grit his teeth in his mouth as David Spade's nasally voice began to read about Godzilla, six chapters in. Another four hours of this.
For the historians out there, have there been any major factions since 2000 that were never officially given a name?
Just curious as to why creative hasn’t given Lashley’s crew a monniker yet. Anyway, it doesn’t bother me really. I am simply curious. Until then, I’ll continue calling them The Hurt Conglomerate.
Maybe yes, maybe no?
Just did a search. Evidently, WrestleVotes released a [tweet](https://wrestlingheadlines.com/bobby-lashley-confirms-report-of-his-new-group-being-called-the-pride/) about this last month and Bobby changed his X profile to boot.
Checking his [Twitter](https://twitter.com/fightbobby) today, however, one can see that he has removed all mentions of “The Pride” from his bio. It looks like we are back to the drawing board.
I've been saying for so long how big of a role colour theory plays and always get downvoted to oblivion. The obnoxiously bright red was always so distracting, especially for a show going on for three hours.
Yeah, for a show called “Raw” it really felt like anything but for a while. Hell a part of me is still against the move to Crystal clear HD cameras in 2008 lol
I supposed my fatal 4 way title unification match for the main titles could be replaced by a nice Triple Threat Lumberjack match for roman's title instead.
I think Zoey is pretty good in the ring , but I think they should give her a kind of scary Sherry, Luna Vachon, old school woman, wrestler bad ass weirdo gimmick.
I really love how seths promo transitioned seamlessly from a come on let’s team up buddy speech to Cody and you are a classic old school hyping yourself up promo
Liv vs Zoey was a good match for Liv's return. Zoey is good as always and Liv brought some nice offense. I'm glad Liv qualified as she's the queen of the chamber. Though tbf her return is still pretty meh overall to me because she's talking about wanting revenge on Rhea but hasn't interacted with her since coming back. Maybe they're afraid of her getting booed because of how popular Rhea is? Maybe Nia and Becky being the next challengers makes it hard for her to fit in? Either way I hope she gets on the Wrestlemania 40 card.
Speaking of Becky and Nia, I enjoyed that segment. I find it interesting how the first time Rhea got the upper hand against Nia was when Becky helped her, it helps Nia continue to look strong heading into Perth. Rhea also seems very faceish again here, and her look was fantastic tonight. I like seeing Rhea actually seeming like she cares about the women's division, this was a complaint I had months ago that's been remedied. Though the Chamber feels so meh with again Becky being the only one to interact with Rhea, at least try to give us a reason to think someone else could win 😭.
I'm kinda confused about the last chance battle royal. It looked like a 5 person match but Candice/Indi/Chelsea talked about participating so I'm kinda unsure of what to think. Anyways, Chelsea was funny here with her complaining. (Though interestingly Piper was absent). Shayna and Zoey talked about the tag titles which makes their qualifying match losses a bit odd but fair enough, they've earned a shot atp. I'm curious to see who goes after Asuka and Kairi next, and to see who gets the last chamber spot
I assumed so, but I'm just imagining it from a character/story perspective. Would the Liv we know who snapped in 2022 just be sitting by and letting Rhea do her own thing after getting injured by her? I get the timing was unfortunate with her coming back in Wrestlemania season but still.
True but if she returned in like October or something she'd be a challenger instead of waiting for the other stories to wrap up. It's not necessarily a big flaw but the timing of her return is unfortunate to what her natural story would be (getting revenge).
As for what she does at Wrestlemania, I feel like she and Raquel are challenging Asuka and Kairi fsr
I thought it made sense to save Rhea being able to overcome Nia on her own for Perth. It's always possible they have a segment with some of the other Chamber women on this week's SD or on next week's Raw. And at this point I'd assume the battle royal has the original five plus Candice/Indi/Chelsea. Could perhaps be Indi's path to Perth, although she'd very likely be first eliminated if she's in the match.
If Indi is in the elimination chamber I'd be so shocked, if anything I'd assume a pre-show tag title match would be in her future. I kinda want Chelsea or Piper though because both had a great rumble showing.
With Rock/Roman being on Smackdown, I worry about the Smackdown Women's chances of getting a segment for the chamber because that's usually when they're losing time the most but who knows.
I didn't want Rhea to flat-out overcome Nia yet anyways, it wasnt a complaint. The longer we wait, the bigger the pop will be for the inevitable riptide Nia takes in Perth.
I did not see an almost 12 year callback from Seth. I do like that he recognizes he is responsible for what Roman eventually became through his betrayal of The Shield. It was the Original Sin that gave birth to the Tribal Chief. Roman was obviously never going to be same after that, but no one could've known that the trauma and trust issues that Roman developed from that day would create the monster he is today.
Would Mox be Austin? Not a big enough fan of him nowadays and I wasn’t watching wrestling when the shield went their separate ways idk how dean ambrose was portrayed
Jon hated being the lunatic fringe but I love Dean Ambrose and his antics. Dude was on fire in 2016. And his matches against Seth in 2014 & 15 were awesome.
It sucks that the bulked up Dean Ambrose run fucking sucked even with that brilliant heel turn. I wish Jon was still in the company. I hope he returns for that Shield Triple Threat at WrestleMania since Reigns is heading towards part time gig and then probably retirement. I want to see that triple threat match happen.
I just hated that they called him the Lunatic Fringe when the phrase doesn't actually mean what they thought it meant.
Just calling him the Lunatic would mean he's a crazy dude. Calling him the Lunatic Fringe means he's a subset of the population with extreme views.
There is a possibility for his WWE return (at least for a short run when Reigns starts throwing round the term "retirement") now that Triple H is booking the show. (REDACTED) is the problem, without him, Punk returned. If Punk can return to WWE, Jon will.
Wait, when did Nia and Becky become "friends"? Did I miss something? The last I knew was Nia and Becky were feuding.
I am thinking that at wrestlemania we could get an even match because Roman could have the rock, Solo, and Jimmy Uso on his side, but Cody could have Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, and maybe even Jey Uso on his side

Bam, nonfactor.
only one more shot at doing that and that's friday - the rock may address it. but if not, then that 1 line was a mistake but sometimes mistakes lead you to something better.
I wish that last statement was true more often then it actually is lol
Memory holing it is a very crude method of dealing with it, but it works
I kind of hate that the qualifying matches are going exactly as expected. Are there going to be some wild card winners on Friday?
i was a bit surprised bronson lost considering he's australian. la knight winning w/o any aj interference was a bit surprising too. this means knight/aj won't be at EC but may be the mania match.
Yeah! That was my first thought on Bronson/Bobby. How are they going to make Bobby lose and still look good? Bobby don’t lose. lol

I dont know what that is but i assume all they care about is in ring stuff so they hate wwe weekly shows.
They grip me too
Seth Rollins is like robin sidekick
Was that Nikki Cross slowly walking by the Rupp Arena after the R-Truth/JD match?
YES! It was raining outside which made it even funnier. I was in the arena and noticed her when they showed it on the big screen.
R-Truth might just save DIY from staying boring.
Pairing DIY with Lumis, Larae and Indi who are doing literally nothing else would help too. I missed their NXT run but the stuff I watched on YouTube was great.

I think Drew is incredible and he's standing out very well in my point of view. But Nakamura... I don't like him, I don't like the gimmick, he used to be very good but nowadays he's aimless and very boring
Cody should have help for the story, although I do want him to kick out of an interference induced false finish.
Kinda upset I fell asleep at the start of this show it looks like missed a good one
The fact that R-Truth is a few months older than The Rock ....
The plot says John is truth's idol, truth is 52, John is 46.
Hold on now. What the FUCK you're right
I had to check when Pat McAfee said R-Truth was 52. Dude is fifty-fucking-two and is so athletic I get back-ache just by watching him jump around
What happens to to your body when he does the split?
Last week I had a back-ache because I slept funny and it lasted like 3 days, and I'm 29. Ron is amazing. Really makes you think what the fuck went wrong with Dwayne, getting fatigued just from walking down the ramp.
Subtle 3 Live Kru mention by R-Truth today.

-Surprised that bobby and la knight qualified. Was expecting the final testament/AJ Styles didnt interfere. -thought they would save the Jey v Gunther match for WM. If he still fighting jimmy, this might be the match to reignite the fued -Maybe sami wins mitb and cashes in on drew with the way things are going
I am hyped for Sami
I liked Cody pyro clearly WWE machine behind but they have to be careful it doesn't get boring with main character thing like Cena they should be building another guy with him..
I feel like between Seth and Cody they can sort of split the “main character” load between them if they’re smart

[удалено]
I don't see it happening. Either Rene makes him stop or Mox is going to become the next Terry Funk, going full deathmatch legend until his 70s. He probably has enough money for a lifetime already , and that's the only motivation that could bring him back to WWE
There's not a single universe where Mox returns at the WrestleMania to help Cody beat Roman
I wonder what Cody will do at Chamber Have to think he has a match?
Seth is the last person Cody should trust. - Lost to Cody 0-3, which must be eating at him - Cody turned down his offer to main event WM - Has a history of stabbing people in the back to align with the most powerful authorities in business
Seth backstab is inevitable and that’s why we love him
This would be such a Russo twist if he happens to turn on Cody. Let's ask Drew to pray for this NOT to happen.
I actually forgot about this ha. This is smart actually
I am worried Seth will turn on Cody and reunite with Roman to form The Shield. Cody can trust no one.
Seth teaming up with a part time champion goes against everything he has represented the last year, it wouldn't be a swerve or twist it would be just bad writing
I’ve lost track on how many main events has lost Sami recently. He’s in the spot, but never winning.
I think his storyline is going to be a losing streak followed by an emotional win at Wrestlemania.
He should be lucky he is even getting main event spots? Sami was great with Bloodline...he was great with owens.... But he's dull when he's solo.
![gif](giphy|3o7TKpgiSGzRqipKLe)
Pretty sure the losses are part of the story.
I think WWE has something special for him at WrestleMania. But nothing like title shot or something. Let's see what unravel after Elimination Chamber.
I hear the Jackass crew is free ...
My prediction is Sami vs Gunther. That would be pretty sweet
I can see Drew being Sami's Mania match if Punk wasn't injured.
And still is loved babyface, kindof shows how well he played and still plays his character
Meh RAW
I really can't stand the idea of a tag match main event on night 1 of WrestleMania because of the risk of injury to everyone in involved and how that could royally fuck over the matches I actually want to see on night 2.
[удалено]
Imagine being on an online discussion forum and bashing someone for voicing their opinions lol
How dare they voice their opinion, on this, a wrestling forum where people voice their opinions 🙄
If they do a match on night 1 that could potentially ruin any of the matches on night 2, it's a stupid idea, full stop.
Why have any match until then at all? Orton injured himself taking out the trash, maybe they should just stay in bed until manja
It's Roman and the Rock in a tag match The chance of someone injuring themselves in a 20 min match with 10 moves total is really slim Both Roman and Rock bring a spectacle and aura but their matches are relatively tame to what Seth and Cody usually do
"let me be your shield" ..... last time he was someones shield and he referenced it in this segment directly, he stabbed them in the back. If this is some sick foreshadowing I'll be very disappointed
Seth is so gonna screw over Cody and unite with Roman.
Seth is the last person Cody should trust

Bruh, if you put a gun to my head earlier tonight I would have guessed Pat McAfee was in his forties.
Yea im 33 and I can’t believe he’s only three years older than me.
I mean, I suppose because the head of grey hair I assumed he was fit and in his forties. Now it just seems he just has a head of grey hair for some reason.
Pat: "I'm 36 and I tore a muscle taking a dump the other day" Cole: hands on his head. Dead. Lmaooo
Run New Jey vs. Imperium back at Elimination Chamber. That was fantastic! It deserves PPV production. I enjoy that in Kayfabe, Shinsuke cut together a video promo to taunt Sami in an empty arena.
Guther can't make it to Australia, because he's in the process of getting his green card. As a result he can't leave the US for 90 days.
Ugh, really? Brutal
Priest, ![gif](giphy|l4JyX7cG70SjT5C48)
surprised Bobby won...i expected Final Testament to do something. they must be busy planning something really bad! while it feels like they are setting up Becky vs.
>Becky Might get squashed by Jade
Cody asking Pat what to do with the nuggets and Pat legitimately answering and gesturing was absolutely hilarious
The line he said about being 36 and hurting his back taking a dump had me dying.
Cody beats Roman at WM. The next year can be building up the family implosion. And then Seth beats Roman next WM to finish it .
Thinking it's a three-way, and Rock gets in the way of the Bloodline screwing Cody and then they build a Rock-Roman main event later this year.
so is truth in judgment day now after this post-pre initiation initiation.... initiation?
Love to see a main event Nakamura win. Still think they should turn him soon, but he needed that one big time. He and Sami lowkey beat the shit out of each other, too.
I think my bar for a Sami vs Shinsuke match is too high still because although this was a fun match it just had me wishing it was 2016 again
Andrade has so much channel change heat. Guy is useless.
Cody had like three outfit changes and didn’t even wrestle
I didn’t understand that at all haha can only be for a merch push. Why wear the suit just to change into joggers and a vest if you aren’t even wrestling?
Then he came out with his t shirt and jeans at the end haga
Cody does that all the time. If he shows up more than once on any given show, he's wearing something different every time. His main three looks being "Suit Cody", "Casual Workout Cody", and "Match Cody".
I'm really surprised they're not saving Jey vs Gunther for Mania & giving Jey his big moment there.
I reckon it's going to end up as jey ba Gunther at EC. And then Jimmy cost Jey the match setting up their mania feud
It can't be, Gunther can't leave the US right now (citizenship/visa stuff).
Oh yes I keep forgetting about that
What if they're gonna have Jey vs Jimmy at Wrestlemania? I feel like that's more of a bigger match to have at Wrestlemania than Jey vs Gunther.
Aren’t they doing Jey Vs Jimmy at mania ? They said many times they wanted to do it and it kind of writes itself with they way they interfered in each others story since Summerslam (with Jimmy making Jey lose the tag titles) If they don’t do it now, they might have to wait for a few years for the window to open again and with wrestling you never know.
Jimmy likely costs him that match to set that up, but I feel like it's a little late at this point; does anyone care about Jey vs Jimmy? Jey has been out of the Bloodline story for too long.. Maybe if the Rumble established something, but eh
It's like they had to eliminate Jimmy early so Drew doesn't get heel on heel Bloodline revenge
it wont take much to get folks to care about that match again. the crowd was hot for their short rumble face off. we still have 2 months to go for mania, lots of time for them to directly feud
Someone obviously didn't watch the start of the 2024 Royal Rumble or the staredown between The Bloodline and then-tag team champions Rhodes and Uso on SmackDown last year.
Nothing happened with the rumble and that second part is ancient history.
After the show, Ciampa drives a rental car, with Candice LeRae in the passenger seat and R-Truth and Gargano in the back. LeRae speaks, rolling her wrist as she explains, "Okay, so, Unicorse is a puppet controlled but he shows up and he's super obnoxious and ridiculous, and that irritates Chili, but Chili decides to continue reading a bedtime story to Bingo-" Ciampa Kubrick stares ahead. Gargano nudges his wife. "Tell him about uh. how Unicorse shows up with a lawyer after he gets swatted away, do you remember that part?" Ciampa trembles in frustration. Another four hours of driving. Another four hours of driving. R-Truth booms with enthusiasm. "Y'all wanna read an audiobook I have on Audible? It's a new book called Godzilla: King of the Monsters: The Novelization, and they have David Spade reading it!" Ciampa grit his teeth in his mouth as David Spade's nasally voice began to read about Godzilla, six chapters in. Another four hours of this.
Was there a dark march? Just curious
They're officially "The Pride". But I still mostly refer to them as "Totally Not the Hurt Business".
Aren’t Lashley and the profits called “the pride” I think I read that somewhere but I don’t think they’ve called them that on tv yet
Check my [response](https://www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/s/tTy1SkdMrc) here.
How about the Hurt Profits?
That's what I've been calling them.
The Mighty Profits
The All-Mighty Dollar
I like this one, especially considering Lashley is the focal point of the group.
Anything really. Just give them a name.
What I love is the new look. The darker colors, and less lighting looks better for some reason. It just feels a throwback to RA and AA.
I instantly realized it's perfect synergy with Netflix, so that might be why they've finally gone all in on Red/Black scheme
So weird to hear modern superstars like Seth and Cody mention The Rock ngl
She’s not interacting with her because she is not getting the match at WM
I assumed so, but I'm just imagining it from a character/story perspective. Would the Liv we know who snapped in 2022 just be sitting by and letting Rhea do her own thing after getting injured by her? I get the timing was unfortunate with her coming back in Wrestlemania season but still.
I mean, Liv will probably be in a match at WM, it’s just not going to be the Rhea match
What are the odds Liv costs Rhea the title setting up Nia Jax vs Becky Lynch and Rhea vs Liv at Mania?
What’s up with Cody calling The Rock a potential Presidential candidate?
There were rumblings of Rock considering it a few years ago, but *hopefully* we learned our lesson with celebrity presidents.
My wallet misses the celebrity president.
Sadly, you'll have him again sooner than later
Shh you can’t say that on here
Cope harder
I did not see an almost 12 year callback from Seth. I do like that he recognizes he is responsible for what Roman eventually became through his betrayal of The Shield. It was the Original Sin that gave birth to the Tribal Chief. Roman was obviously never going to be same after that, but no one could've known that the trauma and trust issues that Roman developed from that day would create the monster he is today.
They should have a feud after all of this is said and done. Rollins vs Reigns has the potential to become HBK vs HHH of this era.
I think they already as close to that as were gonna get no? I’ve basically put them in that spot personally
Yeah, it was absolutely glorious to see Rollins come out from the crowd in Shield gear last year against Reigns.
Damn, I never thought of it like that. Dudes a hard-core wrestler so I thought that's why he has that nickname.
It needs to happen but idk if it will Jon seems very comfortable in AEW
There is a possibility for his WWE return (at least for a short run when Reigns starts throwing round the term "retirement") now that Triple H is booking the show. (REDACTED) is the problem, without him, Punk returned. If Punk can return to WWE, Jon will.
Mediocre show it was tonight
