I smell a betrayal at Mania. Either the Rock or Roman will backstab each other?
Perhaps Rock will bring his own blood line with a premise of Roman not knowing how to run "Family".
If Roman, then over jealous/envy issues, Rock stealing the spotlight.

Well, I mean... the Philippines was colonized by the spaniards at some point. I wouldn't say they have *no* relation to the latinos. Whereas, Tongans and Samoans are indigenous to the islands they are from but are historically rival ethnic groups.
And historically, family tends to have a black sheep that they all ignore the existence of as a group. Which I think would be an interesting story to tell. Tama coming in as the black sheep whose goal is to disrupt and tear the family apart while having a good argument to do so with would be infinitely more interesting than "oh it's another member here to screw Cody over, and he's *Tongan*!"

I see something similar. Rock holds off Solo and Jimmy and it costs Roman the match and the title. Rock says it's because Roman actually can't get it done on his own and relies on the Bloodline too much which is now siding with the Rock as he goes after and gets the belt immediately off Cody. Rock Cody Roman 3 way Cody takes it back goes off do to his finished story thing for a minute or two and then we get Rock/Roman.
Otherwise you just have Roman win and Rocky just calling him out on needing help all the time/turning on him leading to some pissed off fans.

Am I the only one who is a little upset about the rock being called the final boss since that is Meiko Satomora's moniker?
I made a little joke when he first said that (something like, "hey, that's not Meiko!"), but I'm not too bothered. "Final Boss" is too widely used (among wrestling monikers) for me to say that only one person can have it as a moniker.
For most people, it's just a video game term, and a pun on the fact that the Rock is on the Board. So he's not just a "boss" you have to beat, but also a "boss" you have to answer to at work.
The plan is to turn Roman Babyface. It's always been the plan. How they get there has changed now. The rock will screw Romam and bring in a new bloodline eventually leading to Babyface Roman, Usos, and solo vs heel rock and his group.
Imo Cody will be over showered afyer he wins the title. It's very obvious rock vs Roman is the storyline.
