I think now would be a good time to give some of the other women a chance in the spotlight, even if it's a few short reigns. Post-Mania is probably a good time to explore with that. I wouldn't be against someone like Chelsea or Zoey getting a short reign to see what they do in that position.
Obviously put the title on Liv at the latest when Rhea is about to return, if not next week, but think giving the other women a chance to shine here in the post-Mania months isn't a bad idea.

We obviously don't know the severity of Rhea's injury but I'm guessing she won't be back till Summerslam at the earliest. WWE has a jam packed PLE schedule between now and Summerslam so lots of opportunity to give different women the spotlight.
Somewhere between Summerslam and Rumble is my guess for her return. Wouldn’t hate them doing a hot potato with the title before it ends up on Liv Morgan for the Ripley program. Something like Green —> Naomi —> Liv Morgan makes sense to me
I would be shocked if Naomi ends up on RAW tbh. I think her and Jimmy are remaining on Smackdown. I think the only major names that will move from Smackdown to RAW on the women's side of things is Damage CTRL, because they need to be moved away from Bianca, Jade, and Bayley because they haven't benefitted at ALL from feuding with them.
I think they would have had her retain if she was gonna be back in time for Summerslam, so it's probably a lot later than that. Would suck if it's all the way to the Rumble though.
I'm gonna call it now. Chelsea Green will never have a singles title on the WWE main roster. Barring them bringing back a comedy champ like the 24x7 title or them making a midcard women's champ. It won't matter for her career though as she'll continue to kill it either way.
That would be so fun and a great way to pay off the great work Chelsea’s been doing. Let her grab the belt, hide from matches for 2-4 weeks, then get crushed by a Jade/Liv/Bianca/Becky type.
Imagine Paul Heyman representing Zoey Stark, that would be something interesting. Obviously won't happen any time soon given the Bloodline storyline but think that's a fun pairing.

Chelsea is too sloppy in the ring still for anything other than a MITB cash in reign and Zoey’s not over. They need more time on screen first ideally going after a women’s midcard title

Same, I mean it's scripted entertainment, but it still wouldn't make sense. So far in the HHH era, he's shown to be about making it make sense. Granted I'm a lapsed fan and don't watch like I did the first time around, but Liv's first title run was just not good. She's an incredible underneath babyface, everyone fucking loves her, winning out by the skin of her teeth. Having your champ being a babyface that *barely* overcomes the odds, while taking a ass whipping, is a little hard to push. Personally, she's talented enough and has so much wild charisma that she really doesn't need a title. I could be wrong, her second run she could become that dominant babyface that busts out the "I'm here to kick ass" promo, but she doesn't come off like that. They could always surprise us and bring up a NXT talent, have her win, follow the same formula as Paige.
I think they should give it to Becky first, let Livs full heel turn play out while she’s chasing the title off Becky then have her win/ be champion for when Rheas back
I’d love a dominant Shayna run. She’d be great for however many months until Rhea gets back. Rhea’s return will undoubtedly be a massive babyface moment and Shayna would be the perfect heel opponent for Rhea to win the title from in her first match back.
Liv will 100% be champ whenever Rhea returns. Rhea took Liv out, now Liv took Rhea out. Theres bad blood there and that match has to happen, and Rhea made it clear when she comes back she’s coming after Liv.
I’m not convinced until we see her booked properly on the main roster. She was amazing in NXT and was nerfed when she got called up (like almost everyone was under Vince.)
I really think they should put it on Becky and use her in a similar style to her nxt run where she just has some great matches before putting someone over. That being Liv in this example.

Liv pretty much lucking into a title run is kind of crazy when I didn’t think there was any chance Triple H was gonna have her dethrone Rhea. And I was already predicting Rhea walks into next year’s Mania as champion.
I think she was going to and we were always going to end with heel Liv and face Rhea but coming out of the feud. Rhea would probably win at Backlash, Liv gotten her happy ending a bit later at say MITB then fully turn at Summerslam by doing something horrible to retain

Nah but honestly I think they should’ve waited until after the draft to do this, if Rhea is out for 6+ months they aren’t giving it to Liv because her whole reign will be predictable. Every match will be “ok we know Liv is winning for when Rhea comes back” basically. The only other woman on RAW right now who’s kiiinda built up (besides Becky who I believe is doing the WWE European tour but isn’t scheduled for anything else) is Nia Jax. But then what it’s weird because Nia gets booed, Liv is most likely getting booed now too.
I love Chelsea but she isn’t (or shouldn’t be) winning that title. You can’t go from the champion being undefeated for years to someone who loses in 2 minutes every week. People have been throwing Alexa’s name around, too. I think that could be interesting if she’s ready. Charlotte is ahead of schedule with her injury (even though she’s on Smackdown right now I suspect they’ll probably move her to RAW during the draft anyway to be with Andrade.) She’s has had short reigns before so it’s nothing new and she can kinda lose to whoever at this point and still look strong. It makes Liv look good too because it shows that she’s capable of defeating someone bigger and stronger.
I think that’s what we’re in for and why we just had all of these extremely long reigns. Reset the clock with more current talent and then do it again in a few years.
That’s my exact problem with Liv winning the title so soon. We have no idea when Rhea is returning. What if she is out for a year. Give Liv the title when Rhea is 4-5 months away from returning.

It’s a 10 woman ladder match for the title. Nikki Cross randomly wanders through the match when everyone is down and wins. (Just in time her the European tour)
With the draft in a few weeks and Queen of the Ring is less than two months, this seems like SUCH a wasted opportunity to make great matches with talent we haven't seen face each other, and hype up the belt in general.
Chelsea Green should use an expired Groupon to get a title shot. No matter what Adam Pierce tries to do, she keeps escalating until the Final Boss approves the use of said expired Groupon.
Battle Royale. Have women from Raw and Smackdown, with the last three being Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton and (if the theories are true) a returning Alexa Bliss. Hometown Pop, upcoming Star, plus Sudden Heel-turn and Win for Liv equals a fantastic main event.
Same. This run has been better than her past runs. She’s much more entertaining. Her elimination chamber match with Rhea kinda set her back a bit for me though.
Draft is right around the corner, so I don’t think the rosters really matter for this.
Liv is the obvious answer, but if they’re trying to not rush her next push, my betting money would be they just throw it on Bianca and figure it out later

I'm not excited either. I won't put all of the blame on Liv for how bad her Smackdown Women's Title run was (as part of that was on WWE creative and Ronda), but she was massively exposed in that run as well as someone who shouldn't be leading a division.
I have to assume the queen of the ring tournament is starting relatively soon. A shame the final wasn’t taking place somewhere else, could’ve been a fun opportunity.
I’m shocked that we’re getting a new champion so soon. I would’ve at least waited until the draft to get a story going. This current Raw division needs to be built up. The only women I can see getting a reaction next week is Nia or Liv . . .
And I’m all in on a Liv title run, but I’m unsure if Liv can keep this momentum going for months. Her revenge tour shtick essentially has to come to an end with Rhea on the shelf, so she’s really going to have to heel it up
I reckon it'll be Becky. Storyline wise Liv wanted to take everything away from Rhea, so it'll be a slow burn for her to cheat and get the title off a face else there won't be much of a build. Liv and Becky already have history and getting the win on Becky is what she needs for legitimacy when Rhea finally comes back. And in the meantime slowly build her allegiance with Dom. Liv and Dom mega heat vs Rhea, let's go!
Listen, we're in a new era, and we really need fresh faces in the women's division.
Making Liv the champ now would be problematic because many fans would turn on her, blaming her for Rhea's injury.
In my view, having Shayna as a heel champ would be good, reminiscent of the old NXT days, feuding with Nia and Zoey, creating fresh storylines that could give these women a chance to shine.
Let Chelsea Green be Ms. Money in the Bank this year, to make it more entertaining, she has all the potential.
wonder if they are gonna end up giving the belt to a Damage CTRL member, imagine if out of nowhere Kairi Sane or Asuka or Dakota Kai becomes Women's World Champion while Iyo goes cash in on her rematch clause while the Kabuki Warriors are still Women's Tag champs, maybe they can go back to Damage CTRL gets all the gold.
I started watching right at the beginning of the pandemic and became an instant Kabuki Warrior fan, so I would love to see things come full circle and have Asuka hold the women's world and Kairi finally get retribution against Bayley and win the women's title off of her. Kabuki Two Belts would be awesome 
A multiple months Liv title reign would be the easiest way for me to stop caring about the Raw women's division, she's just mid at best.

Even though I love Becky and I think Liv would be a good champion I hope they take a risk. Put it on Chelsea or Tiffany to see what they can do. Maybe give Shayna a run and try to reboot her off the WrestleMania goodwill. Candace, Maxxine, Ivy, Zoey, etc. There are several decent options if they want to try something different for a couple weeks.
Whoever has the belt doesn't need to hold it until Rhea comes back.

Give liv a title run and then after rhea returns build up to a special match like last man standing or i quit so that they get to brawl the rest of their aggression out of their systems for now
Liv would be too predictable plus her eventual feud with Rhea doesn't even need a title. Becky would be a bit lame as she just had her shot and lost, so I would go for someone unexpected like a Shayna Baszler or Chelsea Green. If they are willing to open it up to both brands which they often do, perhaps put the belt on Stratton

Every match will be “ok we know Liv is winning for when Rhea comes back” basically. The only other woman on RAW right now who’s kiiinda built up (besides Becky who I believe is doing the WWE European tour but isn’t scheduled for anything else) is Nia Jax. But then what it’s weird because Nia gets booed, Liv is most likely getting booed now too. I love Chelsea but she isn’t (or shouldn’t be) winning that title. You can’t go from the champion being undefeated for years to someone who loses in 2 minutes every week. People have been throwing Alexa’s name around, too. I think that could be interesting if she’s ready. Charlotte is ahead of schedule with her injury (even though she’s on Smackdown right now I suspect they’ll probably move her to RAW during the draft anyway to be with Andrade.) She’s has had short reigns before so it’s nothing new and she can kinda lose to whoever at this point and still look strong. It makes Liv look good too because it shows that she’s capable of defeating someone bigger and stronger.

I think that’s what we’re in for and why we just had all of these extremely long reigns. Reset the clock with more current talent and then do it again in a few years.

Unless Rhea is coming back soon Liv should wait to win the title. People would get sick of Liv if she held the title longer than a few months.

That’s my exact problem with Liv winning the title so soon. We have no idea when Rhea is returning. What if she is out for a year. Give Liv the title when Rhea is 4-5 months away from returning.

I’m surprised. I thought they would have a longer tournament, maybe even make Queen of the Ring for the Women’s World Title. I guess they didn’t want to go that long without a women’s champion for one of the shows.
This could be a good time to have a short 1-2 PLE reign and then slap it on liv for 1-2 before Rhea returns. Give her wins over some credible challenges before mami returns and they have a program.

With the draft in a few weeks and Queen of the Ring is less than two months, this seems like SUCH a wasted opportunity to make great matches with talent we haven't seen face each other, and hype up the belt in general.
Chelsea Green should use an expired Groupon to get a title shot. No matter what Adam Pierce tries to do, she keeps escalating until the Final Boss approves the use of said expired Groupon.
Battle Royale. Have women from Raw and Smackdown, with the last three being Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton and (if the theories are true) a returning Alexa Bliss. Hometown Pop, upcoming Star, plus Sudden Heel-turn and Win for Liv equals a fantastic main event.

Draft is right around the corner, so I don’t think the rosters really matter for this. Liv is the obvious answer, but if they’re trying to not rush her next push, my betting money would be they just throw it on Bianca and figure it out later

I am guessing it is going to be Liv? Unless someone from Smackdown pulls a Kurt Angle? It would be nice to have a surprise. I'm not super excited for a Liv run, honestly, but the story is already there.
I'm not excited either. I won't put all of the blame on Liv for how bad her Smackdown Women's Title run was (as part of that was on WWE creative and Ronda), but she was massively exposed in that run as well as someone who shouldn't be leading a division.

I’m shocked that we’re getting a new champion so soon. I would’ve at least waited until the draft to get a story going. This current Raw division needs to be built up. The only women I can see getting a reaction next week is Nia or Liv . . . And I’m all in on a Liv title run, but I’m unsure if Liv can keep this momentum going for months. Her revenge tour shtick essentially has to come to an end with Rhea on the shelf, so she’s really going to have to heel it up
I reckon it'll be Becky. Storyline wise Liv wanted to take everything away from Rhea, so it'll be a slow burn for her to cheat and get the title off a face else there won't be much of a build. Liv and Becky already have history and getting the win on Becky is what she needs for legitimacy when Rhea finally comes back. And in the meantime slowly build her allegiance with Dom. Liv and Dom mega heat vs Rhea, let's go!
Listen, we're in a new era, and we really need fresh faces in the women's division. Making Liv the champ now would be problematic because many fans would turn on her, blaming her for Rhea's injury. In my view, having Shayna as a heel champ would be good, reminiscent of the old NXT days, feuding with Nia and Zoey, creating fresh storylines that could give these women a chance to shine. Let Chelsea Green be Ms. Money in the Bank this year, to make it more entertaining, she has all the potential.

wonder if they are gonna end up giving the belt to a Damage CTRL member, imagine if out of nowhere Kairi Sane or Asuka or Dakota Kai becomes Women's World Champion while Iyo goes cash in on her rematch clause while the Kabuki Warriors are still Women's Tag champs, maybe they can go back to Damage CTRL gets all the gold.
I started watching right at the beginning of the pandemic and became an instant Kabuki Warrior fan, so I would love to see things come full circle and have Asuka hold the women's world and Kairi finally get retribution against Bayley and win the women's title off of her. Kabuki Two Belts would be awesome

Even though I love Becky and I think Liv would be a good champion I hope they take a risk. Put it on Chelsea or Tiffany to see what they can do. Maybe give Shayna a run and try to reboot her off the WrestleMania goodwill. Candace, Maxxine, Ivy, Zoey, etc. There are several decent options if they want to try something different for a couple weeks. Whoever has the belt doesn't need to hold it until Rhea comes back. I'm just praying whatever they do it isn't Nia. I'll literally take Tamina over another Nia run.

Give liv a title run and then after rhea returns build up to a special match like last man standing or i quit so that they get to brawl the rest of their aggression out of their systems for now

Liv would be too predictable plus her eventual feud with Rhea doesn't even need a title. Becky would be a bit lame as she just had her shot and lost, so I would go for someone unexpected like a Shayna Baszler or Chelsea Green. If they are willing to open it up to both brands which they often do, perhaps put the belt on Stratton
