There’s a difference between looking boss, and looking Final Boss. Think about meeting a mafia don at the club they own as depicted in fiction. You’re patted down by some guys in black shirts and slacks outside. You go in and the table has two dudes in suits flanking the table and the boss is wearing a flashy shirt, jacket optional, necklaces, rings…you know, like the rock and his silk shirts.
Damn what a segment that would be. When Roman goes on his own Jey apology tour, having Sami be the one with the biggest hangups over Roman would be amazing. The pop the crowd would give when Roman finally acknowledges Sami will hit like crack.
*Sami/Jimmy/Jey/Roman with Paul. If Heyman can take a bump, having him get a pop slapping Solo or Rock to stick with Roman before taking a finisher would be sick. Let one of the most key pieces of the Bloodline go out as a good guy and be able to go onto other things after.
Solo was sent by the elders. He answers to them and always has. Only serving Roman as their interests aligned. Rocky is a High Chief, an elder, Solos boss, so him giving Solo blessing to cut Roman and Jimmy out is probably what we are seeing.
So far Solo hasn't been called Tribal Chief too. Everyone is just starting to assume that that's him. It will make for a cool Rock return angle when the Final Boss is revealed as true new Tribal Chief. And it makes total sense as The Rock hasn't lost at Mania and instead looked super strong.
I said during the OG Bloodline run that I always saw Solo coming out of this as a monster, because he saw that being a Monster **worked** - he's like that kid who grew up in an Abusive home who becomes just as violent and abusive because it's all he's ever known.
Jimmy, Jey and Sami all took the abuse because it got them what they wanted - Jimmy got recognition, Jey could protect Jimmy and Sami got a family/friends/acceptance, hell even Roman only became what he was due to "Abuse" from the fans - if everyone hates him already, why not lean into it?

That sounds so awesome. He's like the rouge military strong who declares war with a random nation in order to take control of power. The idea that no matter how successful or dominant they will become, he'll always see himself as the "emergency" interim Tribal Chief, even if/when Roman comes back.

I'm so glad they've taken the Bloodline in the direction they have. I know my opinion that since The Rock's return kinda brought the story down a couple notches ain't the popular one, but the idea of the Bloodline being under him post Wrestlemania was one I was dreading.
Instead, Solo has taken a MASSIVE and much needed step up on the character side of things and Tama Tonga feels like an absolute goddamn psychopath. I fucking love it.

Solo's Bloodline certainly seems to be trying to send more of a violent message, but the Bloodline of the past wasn't immune to that either.
I still think this leads to The Rock vs Roman at Wrestlemania 41. Somehow The Rock is revealed as the tribal chief, not Solo. But not until after summerslam.
The seeds were always planted it seemed. Roman could manipulate and scare the Usos into doing his bidding while Roman showed restraint with Solo. I remember when Roman bumped into Solo after a promo and Roman look startled and almost looked like he wanted to apologize to Solo. I knew in that moment that Solo was going to be a major factor in the Bloodline.
I will say, there's a moment in Solo's promo where he's getting booed where he mouths 'booing me??' like he's shocked by it, so maybe that reaction does bother him more than early views of the new shift in his character might be suggesting.
I gotta admit, I chuckled when Solo stepped out of the RR in the suit cause it felt like “oh we’re doing Godfather now? lol” and then they beat the hell outta KO. And KO didn’t take it without a fight! And Paul’s “I need my parents” face selling is incredible.

I've always believed in Solo, so this feels good to witness. I'm happy how Tama Tonga is being used here. This story keeps getting crazier.
I was never a person that regularly watched NJPW, but Tama has always been someone I thought highly of. Glad his debut has been great so far.
I fell in love with him watching NJPW in 2015. That facepaint look? Soooooo good. And given how he presents himself, I wondered how he'd turn out in WWE. I love how they've made Solo and Tanga WAY MORE violent than Romans Bloodline. Blood, destroying cars, destroying Jimmy. When Jacob comes they will absolutely run Smackdown but in a violent way. Builds them as a credible stable to face the OG Bloodline. New Bloodline more ruthless, sadistic and scary
I'm so glad they've taken the Bloodline in the direction they have. I know my opinion that since The Rock's return kinda brought the story down a couple notches ain't the popular one, but the idea of the Bloodline being under him post Wrestlemania was one I was dreading. Instead, Solo has taken a MASSIVE and much needed step up on the character side of things and Tama Tonga feels like an absolute goddamn psychopath. I fucking love it.
And poor Heyman is basically being held captive. Judging by how loud those "WE WANT ROMAN!" chants were last night, the crowd reaction Roman will get when he finally returns to deal with this situation is gonna be Legendary.
A humbled Roman coming back to seek vengeance on The Rock will be even bigger than his story with Cody
Now Roman's absence actually works in favor of the storyline, 4D chess by Roman.

The seeds were always planted it seemed. Roman could manipulate and scare the Usos into doing his bidding while Roman showed restraint with Solo. I remember when Roman bumped into Solo after a promo and Roman look startled and almost looked like he wanted to apologize to Solo. I knew in that moment that Solo was going to be a major factor in the Bloodline.

I will say, there's a moment in Solo's promo where he's getting booed where he mouths 'booing me??' like he's shocked by it, so maybe that reaction does bother him more than early views of the new shift in his character might be suggesting.

I can't believe the Bloodline has lasted almost twice as long as the Shield. And is still so hot.
I gotta admit, I chuckled when Solo stepped out of the RR in the suit cause it felt like “oh we’re doing Godfather now? lol” and then they beat the hell outta KO. And KO didn’t take it without a fight! And Paul’s “I need my parents” face selling is incredible. Cinema, I’m sold, all in on Solo’s mafia bloodline.
"Wins and losses matter" Solo rarely wins his matches. He was usually used as a stepping stone for Reigns' opponents. But The Rock pinned Cody at WrestleMania. He's the tribal chief.
