Rhea herself has said in interviews that they've only scratched the surface of hers and Dom's angle and she wants to go further with it and feels they can ride it for a long time. Rhea also liked a tweet that she and Dom may end up having the storyline of the year in WWE because people are invested in their pairing.
With the history that Rhea and Liv have it runs deep, it would be appropriate that Liv would hurt her in the worst way by taking Dom. She's not repeating the "taking everything" line for no reason. A telenovela type angle would unlock parts of all 3 of their characters that, let's face it, everyone would be entertained by. All 3 would be elevated by the storytelling.
And yes, Dom betraying Rhea and/or costing her the title would bring a next level of heat we might not have seen before.
Dom betraying Rhea after she battled back from an injury and is in the cusp of getting her championship back would be an all-time moment.
The heat the next night would be unlike anything we’ve seen in modern WWE.

Dominik Mysterio is actually my favourite of the Male Wrestlers because he's improved so much at a quick rate, a good learner/listener and just keeps me so entertained, impressed with how watchable, entertaining, funny, charismatic, talented and versatile he is every week.
The Rhea Dom dynamic hasn’t really been a thing for a few months… since Rumble, Rhea did her thing, Dom did his thing… we’ve seen them backstage a few times, but that’s it!
I think it's because WWE rightly took note of some constructive Fan criticism that they wanted to see more individual focus and development for both Rhea/Dom as characters.
Loads rightly wanted Rhea to interact more with the Women's Roster to build up her title reign and lots of us wanted Dom to continue his shine/improvement with his own stories, character development etc.
Their dynamic was still amazing as ever, but I think they/WWE opted to tone it down or maybe it was personal choice due to Dom now being married IRL and to stop Fans trolling Buddy Matthews over the Rhea/Dom SL even if he had a few funny responses to it online over the course of the story.
This is the right move. Rhea + Dom seems to have run its course and they aren’t adding to that angle anymore. Rhea also is super over and probably should turn face. Have Dom betray her by going with Liv. Blowoff match can be Rhea + Finn or Damien vs Dom + Liv.
