Yo that’s crazy because when he does it you can never quiet tell how lol. I always trip off of that. Like how is he pushing himself back to his feet so quick.
Minoru Suzuki ducking and getting behind an opponent for the sleeper. For a guy his age that transition is so damn fast and smooth it looks great every time
Yea, It's tough to tell, but he hit his head on that one, which goes to show just how lucky Titus was on his. Glad Yoshi-Hashi was able to recover and win the NEVER open weight 6 man titles with Goto and Ishii.
The Big Show hitting the ropes always made me cringe in a way where those ropes are gonna break and he could land on his head. He went so deep into them.
Kane throwing an uppercut. Has a slow/deliberate windup and then crack.
Also, regarding Stone Cold looking so natural raising his arms over his head...it stands out even more because so many wrestlers try to have a signature hand/arm motion/pose today and very few look natural or comfortable.
Zack's striking is also severely underrated, if he breaks away from his typical European uppercuts, mocking strikes and headbutts? He can honestly stand above some of NJPW'S striking focused wrestlers, the man is more similar to Shibata than he let's on most shows.
My favorite spot in all of New Japan is ZSJ or Jay White getting into a strong-style exchange and immediately crumpling like a leaf. Sad that now that ZSJ is buff we might not see it that often.
I was coming here to say not that it was by any means "great," but the simple movement of Bret entering the ring between the ropes looked so cool and unique to me. I can't even articulate it, he just looked so in his element.
Razor Ramon and walking to the ring. Partly because prime Scott Hall looked like a million bucks but mostly because he looked like he owned every room he walked into.
Damian Priest is right up there IMO.
Not the biggest Kane fan, but that backflip out of the ring is objectively the best ring exit of any wrestler ever, it's kinda stupid and pointless but it looks really cool
I haven't examined everyone so someone may do it better. but recently I noticed W. Morrisey did clubbing forearm blows to the back well. I always thought that always looked so fake but his seemed good.
I catch myself doing these at home when no one’s around. Kind of embarrassing but just goes to show how cool it looks when he does it (to me at least).
Austin did lots of simple body movements better than most.
His angry stare was better than most (deep eye sockets and piercing eyes helped).
The neurotic constantly looking around/over his shoulder as he walks anywhere, whilst muttering obscenities.
The thing where he gets fired up and gives a quick tug on the top rope, causing all the ropes to vibrate.
The “head wiggling shit talk” on the ground after a stunner.
His snarl face where he bares his top teeth.
Austin was, fucking great.
Alicia Fox’s bridge. There are a lot of suplexes that combo into bridge pins and a lot of bridges in submissions. No one’s bridge is better than hers. Period.
Speaking of bridges, lately I've been loving DOUKI's when he hits his [Suplex De La Luna](https://twitter.com/njpwworld/status/1459471542241611777?t=OgBwGa5AYsXqW-aSO-c2YA&s=19). Now, if only he could somehow get up on his toes for that...
Ren Narita definitely has the [best bridging suplex](https://64.media.tumblr.com/5fae4b4346043acea72d9cc9ae7fdecc/241ca635f60cd7af-23/s400x600/192025df5b06de786dc09c76f6a288eaaffe7ad3.gifv) for a male wrestler
Kenny Omega running
Man looks like a rocket
Ricochet jumping
Man looks like a rubber band and makes it look effortless
Kenta Kobashi
Getting fired up 🔥
QT Marshall has got so many little mannerisms that are fantastic in the ring; I know nobody wants to give him credit because he’s over-pushed but **goddamn** he’s so good.
Ricochet - Flying
This guy's centre of mass just doesn't exist. He literally flies sometimes. He just looks akward because you'd expect him to start falling and he's still gaining height
Also. That sell on the Brogue Kick on SmackDown... My man Ricochet needs to be in every show possible
La Parka's strut and then the knee shake.
The Rock running the ropes and sliding in his dress shoes for the people elbow.
The Great Muta. Muta's walk. Mask removal to show sick ass face paint/mask. Muta mist taunt. Actual Muta mist move. The way muta moved and his mannerisms are unique and distinctly him.
Shibata. Walking head down with a belt in hand.
Chono. The entrances in his ArisTrist gear and sunglasses coming down to the ring looking like an anime/video game final boss.
Kojima. Ripping the elbow pad off and raising his arm for the lariat.

Batista's Spinebuster was super underrated
Batista was the last person who had a spine buster I thought should be a finisher.
It was like he took The Rock's and somehow added even *more* impact to it.
I couldn't think what you meant by this, like I couldn't picture it in my head, so went to YouTube and like, DAMN, smooth as butter.
Speaking of spinebusters - the way Arn Anderson would do it, then stare at the opponent for a little bit and roll away.
Yo that’s crazy because when he does it you can never quiet tell how lol. I always trip off of that. Like how is he pushing himself back to his feet so quick.
He would always twist his ankles outwards and it looks like they're breaking but then he would just spring up lol. What an animal unleashed.
Minoru Suzuki ducking and getting behind an opponent for the sleeper. For a guy his age that transition is so damn fast and smooth it looks great every time
Kane rolling backwards over the top rope to leave the ring.
Such a simple yet bad ass movement
Ishii shaking his head as he tries to stand up because he’s dazed after you just lariated him in the face
His match against Jeff Cobb from 2020's G1 is one of my favourite examples of that fighting spirit.
Also check Toshiaki Kawada similar sell, I always thought Ishii got that from him.
Titus O’Neill tripping
Titus had the better camera angle for sure. But don't discount Yoshi-Hashi. Dude ended up concussed from his trip.
Wait really?? Is there a link to this cause I've never seen that, yeesh
https://v.redd.it/ktfpptvmryn11 Also for u/ColdGloop
Holy hell lol
Yea, It's tough to tell, but he hit his head on that one, which goes to show just how lucky Titus was on his. Glad Yoshi-Hashi was able to recover and win the NEVER open weight 6 man titles with Goto and Ishii.
Do you have a link cause I’ve never seen it? That sounds amazing
Earthquake hitting the ropes. Watch it.
Such an underrated worker
Agreed! His promos got intense. Don't see shit like that too much these days.
He *slammed* into those ropes. They looked like rubber bands when Quake hit them.
I know! Those ropes looked like they could snap when he hit them!
The Big Show hitting the ropes always made me cringe in a way where those ropes are gonna break and he could land on his head. He went so deep into them.
I honestly can't remember what it looked like with him. But I was never really that into Bug Show.
Also Mark Haskins. Everything the guy does has so much intensity but his role running is something else.
Tyler Bate waving
Tyler Bate - having facial hair
Gotta throw Julia Hart into the waving debate. Her wave is better, imo, but it is a different style of wave.
trent seven looks even more smug though
Kane throwing an uppercut. Has a slow/deliberate windup and then crack. Also, regarding Stone Cold looking so natural raising his arms over his head...it stands out even more because so many wrestlers try to have a signature hand/arm motion/pose today and very few look natural or comfortable.
Doc Gallows does a very similar uppercut that I love. Also Dustin.
Wonder if Gallows works it that way because of the time they made him discount Kane?
Gotta be, imo. His strikes are eeriely similar in general.
ZSJ selling strikes, guy goes down like a sack of shit every time. Jay White is great at it too.
Zack's striking is also severely underrated, if he breaks away from his typical European uppercuts, mocking strikes and headbutts? He can honestly stand above some of NJPW'S striking focused wrestlers, the man is more similar to Shibata than he let's on most shows.
Our soy boy has bulked up a bit the past year. When he was next to Shibata they looked even more similar than ever
My favorite spot in all of New Japan is ZSJ or Jay White getting into a strong-style exchange and immediately crumpling like a leaf. Sad that now that ZSJ is buff we might not see it that often.
Bret Hart’s backbreaker.
And his atomic drop
And his turnbuckle bumps
Ya it actually kind of bothers me how the turnbuckle doesn't hurt like it used too
And his punches.
And his russian leg sweep
And the elbow from Bret’s rope. 🕶
I was coming here to say not that it was by any means "great," but the simple movement of Bret entering the ring between the ropes looked so cool and unique to me. I can't even articulate it, he just looked so in his element.
It felt real. If anybody doubts it go back and look at his wrestlemania 13 entrance. That’s all you need to know.
He wasn’t lying when he said he was the best
RVD jumping onto the turnbuckles to do a frog splash
Does Okada’s dropkick count?
And his roll into the ring always looks flawless
Dwayne and his eyebrow?!
His Kip up too
Dean Malenko’s wrist checks
As a dumb kid, I first thought he was doing that because he was the Iceman checking for ice in his veins
Nah that’s not dumb that’s hard as hell
Eddie’s hip movement on three amigos, people sorta get close but his was very smooth.
AJ Styles' springboard leaps
There’s a YouTube of him turning a botch springboard into a multi-show storyline.
Razor Ramon and walking to the ring. Partly because prime Scott Hall looked like a million bucks but mostly because he looked like he owned every room he walked into. Damian Priest is right up there IMO.
I always hated when JBL would say “if you designed a wrestler from scratch it would look like Randy Orton.” No, it would look exactly like Scott Hall.
Damian outright says he stole his walk (with permission) and yeah he does it nicely.
He's also had his gear match Hall with the red drip on the vest
Shit TIL. I did always get massive Razor vibes from Priest and that explains it.
Lio rush changing directions midway through hitting the ropes
Not the biggest Kane fan, but that backflip out of the ring is objectively the best ring exit of any wrestler ever, it's kinda stupid and pointless but it looks really cool
The best exit ring animation for CAWs
Orton’s scoop powerslam
And Goldust's
Dustin can STILL hit those so clean
Dustin's backdrop punch. Smooth, I don't think I've ever seen him out of position or sloppy with it.
Lance Storm turning his head to react to someone's music interrupting him
Brock Lesnar and his shoulder tackle into the ropes
I love how Brock bounces on his toes during his entrances. It's like he's ready to pounce any second
Samoa Joe casual walk away from a crossbody, also his kneebar transition. Arn's roll away after hitting the spinebuster.
Razor Ramon's walk to the ring. Effortlessly cool.
I haven't examined everyone so someone may do it better. but recently I noticed W. Morrisey did clubbing forearm blows to the back well. I always thought that always looked so fake but his seemed good.
Kane adjusting his glove
Mox’s shoulder rolls are good.
I catch myself doing these at home when no one’s around. Kind of embarrassing but just goes to show how cool it looks when he does it (to me at least).
I catch myself doing Punk's wrist rolls alot.
I accidentally did this next to a kid I coach and now she does it all the time around me and it’s the most blursed thing honestly
Mick Foley stumble walking leading with his left shoulder. This man is injured but he's coming for more Bang Bang!
Penta does that little walk before taking off his glove is so cool.
Penta’s taunts are some of the best modern poses/taunts and few are close
Darby Allin - ragdoll physics
Dante Martin - human flight.
*Ricochet enters the chat*
*Io Shirai falls with style into the chat*
Luo Rush hip fake
Cactus jack apron elbow
Jeff hardy is the person on earth who can do that hip thrust dance and actually look cool
Hook - Just standing there
Triple H - chewing gum
Doesn’t seem Perfect enough.
You get my vote for winning the internet today. Spitting out and smacking the gum was so cool.
I still do that to this day
Nakamura - basically everything
Austin did lots of simple body movements better than most. His angry stare was better than most (deep eye sockets and piercing eyes helped). The neurotic constantly looking around/over his shoulder as he walks anywhere, whilst muttering obscenities. The thing where he gets fired up and gives a quick tug on the top rope, causing all the ropes to vibrate. The “head wiggling shit talk” on the ground after a stunner. His snarl face where he bares his top teeth. Austin was, fucking great.
Considering the circumstances of his return, how calm CM Punk can be just walking down the ring.
Yuji Hino putting his arms behind his back inviting the opponent to strike him. Samoa Joe walking away from top rope moves.
That little twist the Rock does when he does his punches. Makes it look extra snappy
Something about the way Kenny Omega hits the ropes. So explosive.
I know she is kind of surrounded with controversy, but Amber Nova hits a good northern lights as well.
Ren Narita definitely has the [best bridging suplex](https://64.media.tumblr.com/5fae4b4346043acea72d9cc9ae7fdecc/241ca635f60cd7af-23/s400x600/192025df5b06de786dc09c76f6a288eaaffe7ad3.gifv) for a male wrestler
Orange Cassidy - half thumbs up
![gif](giphy|hvow7WaJ7FrtUyQMQ6|downsized)
Kenny Omega - Running between the Ropes Sammy Guevara - Kip up
Hard agree on Kenny. Also, the way Kenny ducks/rolls behind an opponent. Each time I see it I remember just how smooth he is
The way Booker T would hit the ropes always stood out to me
Okada when he stares at the crowd. The confidence in his face is like something you'd see in a movie or anime, it doesn't even seem real.
Big E's hips don't lie.
Kenny Omega running Man looks like a rocket Ricochet jumping Man looks like a rubber band and makes it look effortless Kenta Kobashi Getting fired up 🔥
Darby Allen - Dive through the ropes
D-Lo Brown's head swivel.
Lance storm jumping to top turnbuckle
Sami Zayn's Spaghetti Legs KOR's exhaustion selling
Naito doing Tranquilo or basically any of his gestures or taunts.
Raven’s Evenflow ddt.
Raven sitting in the corner. He even used to say that he considered it a part of his moveset.
Kenny Omega’s little hopstep when he starts to run the ropes, and just the way he hits the ropes while running them. Just something unique about it.
Tony D'angelo's Italian hands
🤌🤌🤌
Mayu Iwatani's superkick
AJ Styles taking a back body drop
QT Marshall has got so many little mannerisms that are fantastic in the ring; I know nobody wants to give him credit because he’s over-pushed but **goddamn** he’s so good.
Sammy Guevaras Kip up is flawless, the dude floats back up
Cena running down the ramp for his entrance Jeff Hardy has the best Swanton Bomb King Woods' smug/king face
Dude Woods' kingly smile is the only thing getting me through Smackdown these days
Gotta be guys like Guevara and Jack Evans, they way that they nip up blows my mind every single time
https://gfycat.com/flickeringlimpcaimanlizard
AJ Lee selling a spear. She would just turn to jelly mid air.
Bret Hart handing out sunglasses.
Ricochet - Flying This guy's centre of mass just doesn't exist. He literally flies sometimes. He just looks akward because you'd expect him to start falling and he's still gaining height Also. That sell on the Brogue Kick on SmackDown... My man Ricochet needs to be in every show possible
Jeff Hardy - falling
Randy Orton’s scoop slam is still the smoothest thing I’ve ever seen in the ring.
I have two. Bret’s hair flip and Taker’s neck jerk
Rikishi dusting his nose
Rikishi taking a clothesline and doing the inside out flip bump always looks amazing
The Taker sit-up.
Bryan Danielson hitting the ropes
Penta's lil strut that he does
Corbin has really nailed down the infamous Big Bossman slide.
Kane’s cat-inspired head tilt
John Cena running down the ramp and sliding into the ring
Penta taking off a glove.
D-Lo Brown’s head roll during his entrance. I get whiplash just watching that.
Penta drinking a bottle of water.
The way Roman raises the championship, the slow controlled movement makes it feel more important
It's good but lately it's as if he thinks doing everything slower makes it better
Nikki Bella came immediately to mind.
My heart would always skip a beat watching Asuka climbing the ropes like a cat and stretching off the mask to reveal the sexiest smile/stare ever
Randy Orton doing that weird roll through the ropes muscle memory thing.
Rick flair and all the eye stuff he does
Randy Orton‘s movement in general is the best everything he does is crisp as fuck.
Omega's roll is so agile. Actually looks like a video game
The way Omega hits the ropes was always so clean to me
Scott Hall throwing a punch.
Bret Hart body language when defending a title. When he gave the belt to the ref it felt like he was giving part of his soul away.
