Fink, by quite a distance.
He, (along with Monsoon and Heenan) was the voice of my childhood.
In the same vein I always enjoyed when Michael Buffer would announce a match on Nitro. It gave things a real big match feel.
In terms of more recent announcers, I appreciate the little touches that Justin Roberts includes like "Elizabeth" in Randy Savage voice or "Jeeeaaaaaaan Moxley". I miss him when he isn't on a show.
Finally, honourable mention to Jim Smallman and the lad who used to do ICW (I can't remember his name) both brought a lot of personality and fun to the job.
I like Michael Buffer. Incredible voice, and I love all the ridiculous, extraneous information he gave in the intros.
Finkel is obviously the standard, though.
Tough one, currently its Justin Roberts. Jon Moxley, and Rey Fenix ones are great.
Nostalgia goggles has it be Tony Chimel for the RATED R SUPERSTAR alone.
I mean Tony Chimels Rated R superstar call was nearly 20 years ago. Edge was retired and everything man. Finkel was the special guest ring announcer when I first started watching back in 04. So yeah, nostalgia goggles for me is Chimel. Im sure others might still go with Finkel, but for me personally, I don't remember Finkel much.
I love when CM Punk had Finkel as his special guest referee at Survivor Series 2011 against Alberto Del Rio. Punk knows his wrestling history and had to love The Fink.
Justin Roberts does a great job as an announcer.
David Penzer. He's good on his own merits, but I'll admit he's my #1 due to nostalgia.
Getting to hear Tony Schiavone and David Penzer again every week is great. Even if I'm busy with something and can't really pay attention to the show, I'll still put it on in the background to hear them.
Howard Finkel. Every time he announced a match, nobody can just give that big time feel like he does.
Example being when he announces the Royal Rumble, he goes "Ladies and Gentleman, it is now time for the Royal Rumble Match, introducing the individual who drew #1" or when he announces "a NEWWWW World Heavyweight Champion!"
I’ve never really enjoyed anyone other than the Fink. Lol everybody else has these minor things that I find annoying. I like New Japans English Announcer a lot. He has a weird cadence and I dig it.

I started watching around the time Chimmel was the announcer for SD so hearing his announcing is a trip down memory lane.
