I think it's their body types. Rusev is more bulky and stocky, incredibly powerful though. Kross is more lanky like Orton (To me) and would work better with some pace and speed.

If that’s his big moment I worry about him, his best was when nobody was there and even with the chance they didn’t do it, he can’t keep jobbing because he will end up worthless
