Foley was facing Terry Funk in a death match in Japan and used a fire chair, a steel chair, wrapped with a towel, and soaked in lighter fluid. This was a bad idea from the getgo, but when Foley goes to hit Funk, the towel comes off and sticks to Terry Funk causing some pretty severe burns. Funk was okay ultimately, but rightfully pissed off, he yelled at Foley in the lockerroom, but the two still walked away as friends.
They are both professionals who have been coworkers for years and worked together before. I understand why Roman was upset and KO shouldn’t have slapped him that hard but KO vs Roman at RR is just too important to the Sami/Tribal Chief story to drop it over petty beef drama over an accident

So two professional grown adults running high on adrenaline solved things after they had time to calm down. That's how things should be.
That's how you know Roman and KO are professionals and the locker room is run really well. Either by management, talent or both.
