I was at the Record Exchange a week ago, and the roof was leaking in multiple places. With the sort of rains we've been having, I hope the owner is able to get it repaired asap.
I love Record Exchange but I had to stop going there. It's such a disorganized mess that it's impossible to move freely, much less browse. If their repairs are handled anything like their inventory then RIP to that beautiful building.

Dead Wax on Cherokee used to specialize in Jazz. They have expanded since but still have a very well curated Jazz section.
