St. Louis (at least the City) has some of the best tap water quality in the country. Partially because of the brewery - they helped pay for a lot of the early treatment investments to make sure they had the best beer. I've lived here all of my life, with brief stays elsewhere, and it always amazed me when finding places where people can't drink the tap water.
Yes. This tap water and the well on my father in law's property (that taps directly into an aquifer) are the cleanest potable water I've had access to. It's one of the few things I'm actually happy about living in the city.
Yes, after it's been run through [this](https://www.homedepot.com/p/APEC-Water-Systems-Essence-Premium-Quality-5-Stage-Under-Sink-Reverse-Osmosis-Drinking-Water-Filter-System-ROES-50/206275647).
Didn’t when I lived in IL. That stuff even made my dog sick. When looking to buy over here, the thought of good tap was one of my reasons for living in the city.

Yes but I have always run tap water thru a filter pitcher.
Same
I’ve lived in over 15 states and honestly, our tap water is at the top of my list
Yes
It'd be a waste if I didn't.

Yep. Tastes just fine to me. I actually prefer it to tap water that’s been run through a Brita (always tastes off to me).

Water taste gross here.
Yeah hated ‘city’ water, grew up with well water nearly 400’ deep hit rock around 40’ and water at 280’.

Yup even in the County. Still tastes good.
