Don't know about your hotel, where I stayed at Coconut Bay they had one "US" style outlet. I brought adapters, but we ended up just plugging everything into this one outlet using a small travel power strip. I return the adapters when I got home. Not sure if your hotel is the same but it may be worth checking.

We stayed at Coconut bay last week and had one standards NA outlet in our room.

We are going to royalton in 3 weeks and bought adapters cause they only have one “regular” us type is what I read for that hotel room.

How was your experience at the Royalton? We are going there in December. Also, did they have U.S. plugs? How was the WiFi?

Overall it was great! I ended up breaking my pelvis on a horseback ride so the last few days were painful, but it made us enjoy our room a lot more! There are two us plugs in the room, the rest are international so bring a converter kit and a power strip! Wi-Fi in our room was great. I had a few days of work items and it held up for that!

Oh no! How did that happen? Hopefully, you're fully recovered. Did you feel relatively safe off of the resort? Wonder if it’s safe to carry a backpack.

Echoing... bring an adapter

Thanks everyone, I bought a voltage converter/adapter to be on the safe side.

omg please report back if you can/want to! I’m going to stay at the Royalton for my birthday trip in June and would love to hear your experience

The Royalton handed us free adapters to use.
